  • Fine

This app is fine. One thing that i think you should do is be able to sort your contacts. For example I have 9 Bella’s on my phone, and i can’t always remember which bella which even with their last names, so what if u could be able to click on a folder that was all my work contacts, or church contacts.
  • Keeps resetting settings with every update

So I received a message from a total stranger today, with Siri claiming to have matched with someone in my contacts. Best I can determine, Siri matched first name only. Weirdly, I’ve got Siri turned off on the global level. And I’ve previously gone through each app and turned off Siri. And there it still is, functionally normally (though not as I, the device owner, wish). Also weirdly, the number of spam messages I receive keeps increasing. Even though I am exceedingly cautious about sharing my actual contact details. What’s up, Apple? Why can’t my settings be retained and honored? And on the subject, why is Bluetooth turned back on with every update? I have literally zero bluetooth enabled devices and find it to be a battery drain with no benefit. Why do I need to keep turning it off with every update? I ask again, Apple, what’s up with that? My own devices, my own requirements and limitations, my own knowledge of my own circumstances. And you keep overruling my decisions? Cart driving the horse. 😞
  • Contact management

Apple contacts should really have a way to see “most recently added contacts” without having to download an app it should already be on the contacts list…instead of creating new iPhones for cameras try attending to the apps Thts already on the phones
  • erasing contacts

Recently everytime i add a new contact it erases it and when im texting them the profile picture is the same but their name turns back into a number and it says i have to create contact again but when i do i have 2 of the same and im tired of having to keep creating a contact for the same person. once i do it erases it again
  • Lots of issues

This app has lots of issues for being a part of the main iOS. I still cannot figure out how to add a contact from an iMessage. For some reason it never takes the share so I have to enter it manually. Also when I change settings for what I want my contact information to look like i.e. nicknames it doesn’t show that either. Lots of issues.
  • Contacts

This app is nice and you can find all of the people you call and text! And you can make new contacts by pressing new! (I think)
  • Good enough, but needs some attention

I like this app. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of every 3rd party contact manager and I’m okay with that.
What I’m not really thrilled with is that it doesn’t even have the features that the rest of the iCloud contact managers do. iCloud online has group management. Meanwhile, contacts on iOS just shows that groups exist. It can’t add, delete, or modify whatsoever. Seems pretty easy to fix.
  • Love it!

    Hi,
I really like this app but I don’t know how to use it, I’m in a school and I don’t use my phone often. Usually when I need someone to call I use this app. It’s a great app and very organized. The reason I gave it one star is because I don’t know what the purpose is for the app.
  • Don’t know what to rate (10 year old)

Hi the reason I gave this 3 stars is because I’m a kid and my parents put this on my iPad so I don’t know what to rate this. But I believe they put it on for a certain reason so I’m keeping it. And again, idk what to rate because I really don’t know the purpose I went in it and was super confused and since idk what to rate it I give it, 2.5? I do believe it is to save stuff and I literally read EVERY single review. But it confuses me about it for some reason because I really don’t know what to do. And alotta people hate this app so…. well, idk. And people want pronouns but I can’t do anything to help about that. All I can do is say my pronouns are she/her/they/them. I’m going to stop this review right here and have a nice day thx for reading bye!
  • Smart Groups to iCloud sync please

I have multiple Smart Groups on my Mac. “What a helpful feature!” I thought to myself when I discovered it within the Contacts app on my Mac. After making 10 or 12 Smart Groups, I kept waiting…and waiting…for those groups to automatically update into my iCloud so I can use them in my iPhone or iPad.

Lo and behold, the Smart Group feature is not supported on iCloud. I understand that the Contacts app isn’t exactly a driving reason why folks buy into the Apple ecosystem, but having a beneficial feature like Smart Groups sync across all your devices is something I am shocked Apple has skipped over in their development roadmap.
