Does not work
It used to be ok but image freezes after a few moments. Useless.
A new version is long overdue now.Pointless
So, tried for hours and simply can’t get it to connect with my Helion XQ50F. Pulsar make decent (if very expensive) products but this app really isn’t fit for purpose. And no contact details to give any guidance on what I might be able to do to fix it. I’ve also tried the ‘2’ version but that says my model isn’t supported. All very tedious.Show lessNever worked good

I spend half the night trying to connect to this awful app. It’s more of an art than a science. By far the most frustrating app I have on my phone and the most annoying aspect of thermal hunting for me.Developer Response

Complete waste of time. Significant lag. Unstable, will not hold connection for more than a few minutes. I have tried with multiple devices. The app is junk. I will never buy pulsar again.Still Not Connecting - XM30S
Following on from the reviews that are a year old now, the app is still terrible and will not connect to my XM30S spotter.
There have been multiple people all around the world reporting this poorly performing app not just me, and there has been absolutely nothing done about it!
I am attempting to return the spotter as I cannot use it to its full range of features and therefore it is not fit for purpose.Show lessWhy even try?

My Helion 50 will not work with this app anymore. That’s a bummer since this thing was a lot a few years ago. The app used to work but no more.XP38
It provides “jerky” and stuttering performance when paired with our XP38 to the extent that it is unusable for video viewing. Much better when paired with the XQ50 Cheers SamDeveloper Response
