  • Quirky Connection

Had to put my phone into flight mode with the wifi connected to the Accolade Bono’s to get it to prompt to allow local network connections on the device with iOS 13. Once that was done the connection seems ok. Took a king time to work it out though. Haven’t had to do this for any other app before.

    Developer Response

Thank you for your feedback, good to know the issue resolved.

  • Lots of bugs and pretty much nothing works.

Could not connect my iPhone X to my helion XP Pro. iPad Pro did connect but apart from updating firmware nothing works properly. The setup icons do not match the descriptions. The thermal viewing does not work at all.
Except for updating firmware the app has no other use.

  • Rubbish

Clearly this app is not fit for purpose, I’ve been on multiple shooting forums and everyone has given up on it. Mine connects to my device for a few minutes then disconnects and will not connect again...
Pulsar make amazing scopes but the Stream Vision app is less than useless...

  • Can't connect at all with Wi-Fi

My thermal imaging equipment model is Axion XQ38,It's often interrupted in Wi-Fi connections using this software. Wi-Fi cannot be used at all after the firmware update.
  • Pulsar trail Xp50

Ive had my pulsar for goin on 3 yrs and still yet to ever get it to link up via WiFi or even add my trail device. My axion Xm 38 works flawlessly
Trail always says cannot connect to this device or when I put in my password it always says incorrect

    Developer Response

  • Junk App

Have yet to be able to download any videos. You’d figure that a company that charges $4k+ for their thermals would have an app that would work. On a 10mb video it’ll download to 5mb, stop the “lose connection”.

    Developer Response

Thank you for your feedback. We regret you have issues with Stream Vision App. A new firmware update due before June 10th should be solving the issue.
