  • Thermion xg50

    I have only been able to get the xg50 to connect 3 times and when i go to download video connection is lost then i cannot reconnect to streamvision. I have tried all your instructions. I once had the photon rt and never had an issue. Please help with my concerns. Thanks

    Thank you for your feedback. We regret you have issues with Stream Vision App. A new firmware update due before June 10th should be solving the issue.
  • Constantly looses connection with thermal

    This constantly looses connection and I have never been able to download a single video using stream vision for my Pulsar Thermion.
  • App is terrible

    The functionality of the app is so hit and miss makes me question if I’ll go with pulsar again in the future. Their scopes and other products seem to be great but they really need to get their app figured out. They’re only response is contact their support. Either developed a new app or find someone that’s capable of fixing the one you’ve got.

    The app connection keeps dropping out takes forever to connect, constantly turning off devices and back on just for it to work sometimes. Took 12 odd hours to finally keep connected to update firmware, still can’t transfer pictures/videos from scope to ANY Apple product . Absolute TRASH.

  • Great Thermal Scope - Terrible App

    The app disconnects constantly and has zero value. I can't even download a photo or video. Terrible app. Apparently this is a known and common issue.
  • Connection issues

    Paid 6K for an XG50 and have spent countless hours wasting time with this awful app....I have the exact issues that everyone else here and online have mentioned.....it’s a total disgrace....awful

  • Doesn’t maintain WiFi connection.

    This will not maintain a WiFi connection. Why doesn’t it connect using Bluetooth? Help!
  • App developers need to give guidance on how to make it work

    The app connects to my phone for about five seconds and as soon as I select a file that I want to download from my scope it disconnects. Instead of giving a generic reply to go to customer support to everyone who complains about lack of connectivity how about just giving some directions on this page about how to make the app connect to the scope?

  • Needs work

    Wifi frequently fails to connect or cuts out, viewfinder streaming never works, only works when holding your phone/tablet in landscape mode

    I’ve had very little luck getting my Pulsar devices to work with Streamvision. I’m very disappointed in the function, connectivity, and ease of use. I use Apple products and I know many have found this to be true.
