  • Unsupported- probably going out of business

    Unfortunately, DYL no longer supports this app, and suggests that you use Zoiper instead. Additionally, their service has become buggy, and their support is essentially nonexistent. Feels like they are simply dragging along until they go out of business by attrition. Unfortunate especially because the service was so good at the beginning.
  • WORST PHONE SERVICE EVER

    BUYER BEWARE: do not purchase DYL phone service. We did this last March and for the first few months it was awesome! We started having problems with their software and they started blaming our hardware. At their recommendation I bought an extremely high-end router to fix the issues. This did not fix the issues. We were resetting the router five and six times a day and still having problems. Then, they started blaming our Internet service provider. After having them out several times they determined everything was working just fine on their side. After that they said it must be the network cable. I paid an independent contractor to come out and test our communication lines. Everything was operating up to speed. At this point my staff was spending at least 45 minutes a day on the phone with tech-support to get our phones up and running again only for the problems to restart as soon as we got off the phone with them. As I got more involved with the process for resolving these issues I learned that the service in tech-support side of the company is not helpful whatsoever. Their only resolution for me at this point was to buy all new phones from my office. Funny enough… They could easily supply those phones to me. We had that conversation a week and a half ago and I still don’t even have pricing on those phones. Our phones are still having major issues. Even though in theory the DYL platform sounds great, I highly recommend you stay away from the service altogether. five thumbs down 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
  • Call notifications haven’t been fixed

    I haven’t received incoming calls in well over a year. Would not recommend.

    Update 11/28/2020: Call notifications have not been fixed. I’ve had to use the app more due to the ongoing pandemic, and my sound goes in and out all the time.
  • Needs updates, don’t receive incoming calls

    The app on iPhone needs updates. I am working remotely due to what’s going on with corona virus and all.

    I’m receiving like 4/10 incoming calls to my iPhone. The incoming calls is broken... I see them coming in on DYL for PC but can’t see or hear them on my DYL APP for iPhone. Please update and fix these issues, it would help us a lot.
  • Notifications

    I used to receive notifications of inbound calls and it stopped a long time ago. Not sure if this is a bug or a new update.
    Quality is horrible. I can’t even use the app. We are working remote due to the current pandemic and I cannot make calls from our office number. The calls drop, I cannot understand the other person because the call is choppy and breaks in and out.

    I’m going to look into changing providers. This does not provide us support in our time of need.
  • BUYER BEWARE

    DYL made a great pitch to our agency and others, only to drop off the face of the earth once we paid them. To start we had everyone in our office register for the on-boarding webinars, only to have a proctor not show up 6 times in a row...kept rescheduling and the same kept happening over and over. We had to learn in ourselves. There staff is extremely rude, and makes you feel like you’re bothering them. The product has a great concept and the dialing campaign is great, but we were sold on the integration to our management system, the capabilities they showed us are in no way accurate. Calls are dropped on a regular basis or are not clear. The call recordings are missing pieces in the middle of conversations. It’s created more problems than solutions. If they can get all of their bugs and customer service issues fixed, this would be a great product...until then I would stay far away.
  • I would recommend them

    Have used them for about 4 years now. Pretty reliable and like the way the cite is formatted. Can call, text, email and fax from this web based cite. Has a lot of features we don’t use and should really get to know how to use them.

    I would at least give them a shot.

    There’s a lot of crap to waste money on. DYL falls into that category. Don’t be sold. Do your homework. The cell app and desktop page are both non functional. Just yikes
  • Don’t use them

    I have given them the benefit of the doubt countless times. There systems do not work well enough to be relied for a successful business. There are just too many technical issues and glitches that hamper our ability to do our job.
