  • Frustrating

    Glitchy, undependable, inconsistent and very frustrating. Why would you release something that doesn’t even work? Two thumbs down.

    Have to constantly delete and then re-download the app. More often than not I have issues with my calls on the app. I cannot rely on this app to make phone calls and receive phone calls.
  • Not consistent and a lot of bugs

    This app crashes, doesn’t always allow you to answer calls, drains your battery, and will not always load correctly. While talking to a customer through the app incoming normal calls to your cell phone will cut through. The person on the other line can hear your ringtone, and then it will drop the call. Very disappointed in this app. It does not do what was promised by the sales team.
  • More problems than solutions

    I cannot access Leads because they are covered by the search field. Big problem.
  • Worthless

    This app doesn't work!!! I can't answer phone calls nor make them. I can't see my call history and to top it off every time I attempt to go to the text tab the app goes off line.
  • Doesn't work

    Keeps going offline and won't show history of missed calls. Needed it badly when office phones were down and it is not reliable at all.

    Lacks many features that could be incorporated quite easily, constantly logs you out when you close it, and just has a very clunky interface
  • Let down

    Our agency just signed up with DYL from 8x8. Will it live up to the hype or no? The app certainly leaves A LOT to be desired. Why isn't texting available on the app?
  • Technical Issues

    2 things I've noticed that need to be fixed. 1st, I can't answer call backs. 2nd, I can't set a disposition after a call. I would love to see a texting feature implemented into the app.
  • Not worth the time

    App constantly freezes and drops calls. Does not share same features as website. Not worth the download at this time.
