Horrible and don’t care about disabled
I’ve hated this app since the poor rollout of it and I’ve complained about the lack of having a landscape mode. I’m unable to hold my iPad so it is in portrait mode and Farmers Credit Union Tulee only works in portrait mode. Such a pain every time I try to use it. Please make it work in landscape mode.Developer Response

Quite literally the worst change I’ve ever experienced with a financial institution. Functionality is significantly reduced, it’s impossible to certain basic tasks. One example is I still can’t find out how to make a credit card payment from an outside account. Customer service couldn’t even figure it out which leads me to pushing payments from outside accounts.Developer Response

If you’re thinking of switching to FIGFCU I would highly recommend you think twice. The banking app is always down so you can never access your account online. Very limited hours to call for assistance. I can’t believe a BANK would use such a disgrace of an app!Developer Response
