  • Horrible and don’t care about disabled

    I’ve hated this app since the poor rollout of it and I’ve complained about the lack of having a landscape mode. I’m unable to hold my iPad so it is in portrait mode and Farmers Credit Union Tulee only works in portrait mode. Such a pain every time I try to use it. Please make it work in landscape mode.

  • Why?

    Quite literally the worst change I’ve ever experienced with a financial institution. Functionality is significantly reduced, it’s impossible to certain basic tasks. One example is I still can’t find out how to make a credit card payment from an outside account. Customer service couldn’t even figure it out which leads me to pushing payments from outside accounts.

  • Never Works

    If you’re thinking of switching to FIGFCU I would highly recommend you think twice. The banking app is always down so you can never access your account online. Very limited hours to call for assistance. I can’t believe a BANK would use such a disgrace of an app!

  • Deposit

    The remote deposit option does not work . I tried depositing a check and once I take picture of check the screen goes blank. This is the third time this his happened.

  • What a step backwards.

    Everything is chunky and clunky and not a lot of thought seems to have been put into color schemes (welcome and informational messages appear in colors and locations where you would expect error messages).

    Several of the prompts use unclear language and at times the app doesn’t react quickly, making it appear that it’s hung or the tap wasn’t received.

    Also, a name like Tulee and an icon of a face with glasses is silly, doesn’t relate to the credit union’s identity, and makes the institution appear unserious.

  • app won’t load (been a week)

    As others have said, the transition to another app for FIGFCU seemed completely unnecessary. The app works fine, WHEN it works. About a week ago I tried to log into the app, I typed in my correct password and it loaded as if it was going to bring me to the main page of my account, but instead I was met with a white screen. I tried again, and again, and again, and I kept being met with the same white screen. I restarted my phone, I deleted and reinstalled the app, and it still is not working. Since I reinstalled the app, it won’t even let me log in. I click on the app and it says “An unexpected network error has occurred. Please try again later.” And I have been getting that messages for days. I need to view and access my money. I have bills to pay. Thankfully I can still access it through a browser, but what’s the point of the app if it is not making it easier and more convenient for me to check my accounts? I would love for somebody to contact me about this, I asked my dad who also has accounts through FIGFCU about a week ago and he said his app was working fine, so it might just be me. My phone is an iPhone X, so it’s not very old or anything. I don’t know if anybody else has also been met with this problem. I don’t wasn’t to call Farmers, and I don’t think they’d be able to help even if I did.

  • Tulee App

    I am sure this App would be great if it actually worked. Other than viewing my balance and making simple transfers, I am unable to do anything with my money. After months now we are still having the same issues. I recommend next time making sure the app is ready before forcing all of your customers to use it. I understand working out some kinks but maybe try that with a small population before going to the masses. Now we, your customers are stuck with a bad product.

  • Will not load account information

    Attempted to view my account this morning. Will not load any accounts. Says to call the 800 # (which is a joke, they just tell me access online…) and/or talk to Franklin. How is something so easy as not being able to check payment history and/or account balance. Fcu has never had a good application. These will almost for make me switch where i bank. Do better

  • Poorly planned transition

    I’ve never had to fight for my life to transfer money to my other outside accounts as I have with this app. I’m being commanded to put in codes that I haven’t received 5 days later. FIGCU, get rid of this app before you start losing customers.

  • Worst banking app ever

    Sorely disappointed at the new app/website. Bigger tiles do not do well on a smaller screen. Not being able to see all my accounts at once is ridiculous. Automatic scrolling when I’m not trying to scroll the 1/2 page is frustrating. Removing Zelle access has caused quite an issue with all my automatic payments I had set up. Seriously considering moving my accounts elsewhere. Ugh!!! I LOVED FIGFCU before Tulee. Now, I just can’t stand it when I need to do any banking activities.
