Very Good Porn Blocker
I have had this app for years and it has keep me safe from viewing internet Pornography.
I highly recommend xBlock for anyone who is trying to avoid stumbling into internet porn sites because of a bad habit or porn addiction. It would also be an excellent way to keep kids away from internet porn.Jack6969
Disappointed
I read somewhere that this app would let you blacklist specific sites. Given that wasn’t in the app description but that’s a pretty basic feature for a $30 content blocking app. I understand I can do this through iOS settings but that forces you to also block sites that Apples seems “adult content”. Would rather do everything through this content blocker. Whitelisting would also be a welcomed feature.
In addition to very limited functionality, the app’s interface seems very half baked - especially in dark mode.

Simple solution
I have had this app installed on my current and last three phones over the past 7 years!! Simple way to block unwanted images and web pages. This helps me trust the internet a bit more when my kids use my phone. As well as completely inhibits any quick thought to look up dis tasteful images.
This app is great and customer service is awesome. I need to make some changes and emailed them directly and I was completely shocked how simple it was to work with the developer.

Works very well!
Been using for several years. Only occasionally will you not be able to view a site that you think you should be able to. No filtering software is 100% flawless, HOWEVER - and this is very important - if you find access to some adult material that should be blocked, you can contact the makers through the app, give them the URL and they will check it out and add it to the “blocked site” list. Works very well
I had one site that xBlock wouldn’t block. I contacted the author and he fixed it very quickly. I’ve been using this app for many months and that is the only problem I’ve ever had. Works great.vertigo58
Definitely would recommend
This app is good I would definitely recommend it...the only issue is that you can’t search any kind of image no matter wat they are...other than that really good blockernit yours
Has really helped
A lot of porn blockers that I have used have allowed me to view sites but would report them to a accountability partner. When the urge is strong enough you don’t care who knows. This app is amazing! I’ve struggled with porn and lust my whole life. You will never beat lust in a battle, you only defeat lust by running away. This app helps keep you away from finding those bad sites when the desire kicks in. Although this app is good and helps a lot, remember to join an accountability group to help you address other issues as they relate to lust. Lust destroyed the strongest man in the world (Samson) and also destroyed the wisest man in the world (Solomon). If they can’t beat it, then neither can you. Joseph overcame lust by fleeing. Hands down the best filter available
I stumbled across this filter and purchased it. For the $8 that I spent I saved over the course of a year, hours of watching inappropriate material or photos.
The best few dollars I ever spent!
I wish there was a PC version of this product.

Couldn’t be happier...
On my third year with this app and I couldn’t be happier. I’d recommend for anyone who has figured out how to circumvent web filters. However, you still have to be aware of apps that allow back door access to the internet without going through your default browser, such as Safari.
