I've been using it a few days now
This app is $30 well spent. I am currently healing from a penis injury that causes painful erections. Compulsive porn use exacerbates this issue.
For those wondering about suitable PC or MAC software, give K9 web protection a shot. It's completely free and it uses the same Blue Coat site rating database that various corporations use for managing company internet access. In fact, this software was created by Blue Coat and now distributed by Symantec.
This app and IOS's own adult site blocker are an excellent team. Though there's plenty of overlap, there's sites that one or the other won't catch.
Also with this app, adding sites to be allowed or blocked is a breeze. You simply email the author and he will do it for you. That's better than going into restrictions (pre IOS 12) or Screen Time (IOS 12). To do that requires knowing the restrictions/screen time passcode and as any porn addict knows that's bad news.Show lessBioGamer443

I set my own password- I know the normal process is to have a confidential friend make and set it for you but I found just having the app on and working is freeing me from burden of repeated yields to temptation and enough to fuel my motivations to walk away from the problems in question. My purpose in getting this app was to eliminate the temptation to visit sites that could potentially destroy my marriage. I love my wife too much to take any chances. This app it does the job. As a matter fact just today I noticed when I clicked on something it took me to a porn site that was not blocked. This app works great to block the bad stuff. I’ve found even with other filters things like Google images is still a problem. Not anymore because with this it doesn’t let anything through that shouldn’t be coming in. Great job!joekaz

I have really enjoyed this app since I got it several months ago. Although there is a way around it if an individual wanted to look at porn, they could, but it’s time consuming if you are continuously doing.
The only thing that I wish would be done with this app would be for it to be compatible on a Mac. Other than that, it’s my only complaint.

Yes, it has its quirks. But filtering will ALWAYS have its issues. This app is perfect, and the best that you can find out there for this category.

Just knowing it’s there, helps to keep those thoughts at bay. The app has kept me from viewing certain web pages that I didn’t consider trouble, but we all know that it just takes one little thing to set off those urges. I purchased the app for almost one year. And after using in the past year. I really appreciate it. It helps me a lot to fight against the Porn Addiction. Many times when I was tempted and tried to search some porn keywords on Google when I want to tap the link and the app help me to block the porn site. And it gave me the time to tell my brain what is good for me. It reduced plenty of failures for me. It is not only blocked the site, also can block images and video site, which is amazing. From pictures to videos, this app doesn’t disappoint when it comes to blocking the bad content. Sure, it can be disappointing that something normal won’t open for you, but it beats the repeats of porn addiction. My sons have the app too! A big time winner!RevHirsch
