Long con Game
I began playing this game a few months ago and it was great I loved it. However I started having issues with the game. I contacted the support group and then next thing I know my account was hacked and then they banned my account without even contacting me. I reported that my account was hacked and instead of helping me secure my account they close it and tell me to start the game again after spending $$$$ so I guess this is how they get you to spend again. I would give it zero starts if I could
First this app is terrible I’m telling you don’t get it I was getting my stronghold very high I was at a good level and I had resources then someone scouts me but it doesn’t let me see who also, I got attacked but it doesn’t tell you who attacked you then I tried moving closer to my alliance but it wouldn’t let me teleport either! Then this morning I get into the app and it says why I was banned and I was very confused because I have done nothing to get me banned and it won’t tell me why I was banned also worst customer service I have been waiting such a long time and nobody has responded terrible absolutely terrible also you guys want money FOR EVERYTHING. Every single thing costs money and it’s not worth it one bitShow lessvshdjdjd

The greed of the developers is only matched by their stupidity. They have zero knowledge of game player behavior or needs and have effectively made it impossible for new players to join or small players to stay.
With the advent of the Rune continent, not only do we have to pay to play, but those who don’t pay lose out on regular events and rewards that never required payment before. This is not a free to play game anymore. Without free players, spenders lose their targets and fillers. This game is dying. Don’t bother downloading.Show lessSkoup
Needs a lot of help
Started fine, like gow and ms. Think the platform was actually bought from gow devs. But these guys simply do not know how to progress the game. Does not properly cater to the spenders, and are stuck with automated responses. There are items that are needed that can only be bought, while other items needed for same progress are in a simple event. There is no balance on how to achieve a simple goal. It certainly isn’t free for anyone to play, because if you don’t pay you don’t compete, and it’s a war game, you have to compete. This game makes u wait a lot but I am level 8 in strong hold in 5 hours and I need to be level 22 so in a weeks I will have 30 dollars but I am giving good feedback so I can get free gold to speed up processtyreeeson
Honest review
If your going to play this, know that it is a pay to win! These games create a bullying community. If you intend to just play, avoid upgrading to a lvl 15. At this point the game becomes unplayable without purchase. You’ll need 24hr protection for the kingdom. If your hero is killed in battle (inevitably) then you will wait atleast 6 days before he is released. It will be by a high level player who is either using a bottomless credit card, or a game designer intending to push a purchase.
Personal opinion, unless the Hemlock (Hero sacrifice) is added to the in-game store, this game is unplayable without large purchases. Hard pass.Show lesscey1985
Lowest Quality Mobile Strategy Game
Considering this game was released around 2017 I’m dumbfounded at how obsolete the game looks and plays. The animations are sloppy and the art lacks definition. There’s only 3 soundtracks in the whole game (the loading screen, the map, and your home base) and to top it off the game is very unfriendly to beginners. If you don’t level up quickly you’ll be attacked repeatedly. I wasn’t personally a target but many new players around me were and they left a smoldering pile of rubble where their stronghold used to be. Rather than waste your time with this mess I personally recommend playing Rise of Kingdoms: Lost Crusade. There’s an actual sense of community in that game, people rarely attack you for no reason, and community events with actual community participation happen. You can earn gems (Rise of Kingdom’s in-game currency) daily through quests and all around that game is superior to this one in both gameplay and players.Show lessB.K.K.
Fun So Far
I don’t usually like city building games but this one is fun. I don’t know why. One thing I like is that so far I’m winning a lot of gold and other rewards. Good, but moving wrong direction
The game matches the old days of GameofWar where you don’t have to spend money to play against big spenders. It takes patience and dedication, but you can grow to a size where even the biggest spenders wont dare attack you even when you’re sleeping. I’ve spent the last two weeks moving into a new home and when I returned to the game my entire castle and all the troops were in perfect health. It’s rare finding a quality game like this one where you don’t have to spend hundreds or where you don’t have to always hide behind shields.
This is a good strategy war game which keeps your money in your wallet.Show lessNTJedi
Poor customer service
I wanted to purchase a pack in order to grow my account. I pressed the buy button and the apple store charged my account. I did not receive the items and the charge in my card remained in pending for several days. This meant I could not get a receipt to present my claim for the items I purchased. Then the charge went through and I submitted my claim. That was several days ago and I have received no response at all at this time.Show lesscynic1216
