It is a fun game to make friends and ect. But if you want to be powerful in the game, you will send ALOT OF MONEY. A lot of the bigger players spend about 1k. Just for the small starter package is $99. And the next trick is find a good group of people to play with, more stronger your team faster you will all grow.

Amazingly Fantastic
This game is so amazing, all of it is so fun to play. I really enjoy the alliance and getting to grow together as a people. I like the feel that war brings to the table, it is very intuitive and I really enjoy it. This game is overall a must get if your into games like game of war or others.... I can only hope that this isn’t taking the same path as GOW these upgrades are very expensive and we just lost 9 players because of level 30. Poor decisions on the part of the developersSuep39475
Really bad customer service
Not much different than gow.. There are so many glitches particularly during events. I really was hoping it would have been a good replacement for GOW but unfortunately not. Was being rallied but received no no notification but there customer service just said it was my fault. I've no problem taking hits but I'll choose which ones. Generally there's a notification in alliance wars there was none just a red screen. Assuming I was being soloed much to my surprise it was a rally. It's your call but there are a lot better games than this one particularly regarding lag issues and customer service. Sorry folks it's not much betterShow lessErie62

Seems to be following in the steps of MZ, more money seeking instead of fixing glitch and bog down issues..... Lots of tactics to get you to spend more $$$. Packs lack enough speeds and resources, and mats, esp resources and mats. When I click chests level 1-6, I get more level 1s to ensure I spend more money 💲💲 to have to buy more to compete. These tactics cost mz a lot of players and resulted in the gamers moving on to other games..... Other tactics are the items you need to research battle tactics, research manuals, fretters not easily obtained from gathering, events, etc.... Just another MZ tactic to get us to buy, buy, buy. If you want steady profits from this game, fix the issues the game is having, provide better customer service and offer better packs .....stop ALL the unobtainable items needed to build, research and grow. Poor game glitches cost you real money
Game of kings has the poorest customer service out there. For a game that pushes its players to spend money. It does a terrible job at ensuring the functionality of your account. Peace shields don’t activate when used, reinforcements sent home while being attacked. Accounts being trapped in kingdoms they didn’t originate from. This is only the tip of the iceberg. Money spenders aren’t protected in anyway. After the game glitches GOK will give you 10k-20k gold for your troubles. But, never assist in actually fixing their mistakes. This game is not improving its functionality, just the way it gets people to spend money. The game packs aren’t worth it. The game is fixed to hurt spenders during KE and kvk. Many have written reviews just to have them removed. Madman games does not respond through its customer service. It has not been escalated. I have been writing The for 3 weeks about my account being trapped and my troops killed. Many players have been writing just to get no response. I hope this review shows the devs that we do have a voice and we will use it. Next one goes to the CEO!Show lessEP K25

Great start so far...I just hope it does not go down the same path as Game of War did.
Update: started doing the same thing as game of war, looks like it's going to follow their same mistakes. As well as they banned a lot of players permanently for a glitch they didn't correct immediately. Myself being one of them. They were "watching"those players instead of fixing the issue on their end, is what they said? Would be great if Devs did right by players
Played war games for years now, moved to this one when my last one went insane with the spending.
Anyway game has loads of glitches , which ok they working on. But my problem is glitch caused tile hit, lost loads of troops, when I reach out to Devs they agree on glitch say we will compensate then leave you hanging. No compensation, no follow up email...just Nothing!
Brought a pack on my sons account he never got. Reached out to Devs & same scenario, this was 8 mos ago he done stop playing, never got his pack, nor a refund.
If you don’t plan on spending any money, go for it, as of right now, I have a team, but we might just go elsewhere if this how issues get resolved or don’t get resolved I should say.Show lessX1FSon
Newbie Notes
Getting my feet wet and so far I like the feel of the game. The graphics are excellent and game play feels similar to GoW...daily quests, upgrade buildings, train troops and so on. I have not had any issues with lag/glitches that others complain about. All in all, I’d say this is definitely one to check out if you’re tired of MZ and GoW!Show lessjobekial
No customer service
Customer service is non existent. Even after they supposedly improved it with the blog they sent. I sent In a legitimate complaint and still haven’t heard anything in two months. Game is a updated version of game of war and is actually pretty cool but packs don’t have enough to help grow. And forget trying to log in. Either takes forever or send you notice to try again or contact the non existing customer service. You are now warned.Show lessTonydx4
