Good but could easily be better
The photos and videos get uploaded pretty well, some awkwardly, but you’re unable to even see the previews of the videos, live photos are not captured as such, the sort only works for a moment, the videos immediately close back to the list as they are finished, and they also ask if you would like to continue where you left off but play the video from the start anyway while that shows making it just frustrating especially with shorter videos. It’s a great idea and such but i think it could be better and not all that hard to get thereShow lessBnicsawesome1077
Not what was described!
I bought this to free up, mainly photos, from my iPhone so i could stop paying monthly fee to keep them in’ the cloud’ all this does is transfers photos to app, but once you delete photos from photo app in cloud, they also get deleted from this app so…i still need to keep my photos in the cloud. Actually it’s stupid! I thought i could keep all my photos in this app, delete photos in my photo app in the cloud, thus allowing me to not need to pay monthly cloud fee, but as soon as you delete in photo app, they’re also deleted from this app. Not good. Would NOT recommend!! Waste of money! Guess your only get what you post for eventho it wasn’t cheap considering it doesn’t work right. Thought the photos would be kept inside the product like a thumb drive but it just transfers photos from photo app to this appShow lessRumeur
Why so many bad reviews?
I got the stick as a gift but was worried when I saw all the bad reviews. I worked fine the first time. Its a pretty basic device and app but thats all they claim it is: An easy way to transfer files from your iphone without dealing with apple’s insane attempts to lockdown their users. The file naming conventions are a Bit much but otherwise I like itShow lessggg1456784
Does not work on iPad ios
The app keeps asking permission to connect with the photos app and it can’t even do that. IPads can accept external drives now there is no need for an extra app that likely steals your data.Vincent-louis
Not for me.
I thought I was getting a flash drive I could just plug into the phone download my stuff onto and then transfer to my computer although I can do that with my photos and videos can’t with anything else which is lame
Not to mention, I think it’s stupid that it Has to have this app in order for it to even work through my iPhone to transfer the files
But as of right now, things work for transferring photos, and videos
Have gotten several errors trying to transfer things though and having to do them over

I have had no problems with the transfer or access of my files. Transfer is quick and fast. I love that I can set up my password as well.1CSimon
Not simple
Can’t find out how to save pics to flash drive. No instructions anywhere. It has down loaded lot of pics automatically but will not let me down load the pics I now want too add to ones already down loaded. This is complicated with no instructions and does not work now. ShishMosebe
FIXED NOT SAVING
You actually have to have your passcode lock on. Always. To save the pics to the files on the drive, not sure why but once I kept my passcode on they all saved and kept on the file never removed them. Your phone keeps blocking it as an “accessory” unless you allow accessories with a passcode. 🙌🏼 try it hope it helps! I was confused tooShow lessTRAYCEERAY
Rubbish.
Bought 2 of these to transfer pictures from iPhone, managed a few thousand onto each and still loads of space, now can’t open files or add anything else on both. Path error with every folder. Complete waste of time.Cp655
Album says Error Path
I would have rated this app/drive stick higher but somehow I can no longer access pictures in an album I labeled “Tata’s Funeral” - my father in law passed away and I was in charge of taking pictures. The entire one day of pictures during his wake and viewing I cannot access. When ever I click the album it gives me an error: External: open dir error. path = /Tata’s funeral. PLEASE HELP HOW TO I RETRIEVE THE PICTURES ON THIS ALBUM.Show lessRubyRed28
