If you’re going to provide an app then at least show real live timetables of the buses and make sure those times are up to date with the correct information. For example, right now there is an alert set on my nearest bus stop saying there is no service, yet I’ve just seen a bus go past!!Unicorn0011

Wants personal information
Bought a card but it won’t allow registration without personal details and then keeps giving “no response” errors. How about just allowing people to register the card? Terrible experience for new visitors.Optimistus
