The App takes very long time to load. The “My next bus” section only work half the time. They need to upgrade the app.Jayu74

Poor UI, lacks features
Clunky to use - the next bus feature takes a while to pinpoint, UI is basic, the journey planner feature is crude and limited. Features to add: MOBILE / CARD fare payment options.Gman228
Unusable as a tourist
Cannot get the day select to work on an iPhone. Guess this is Sunday service at the top and weekdays at the bottom. What if Saturday? See other reviews that you need to know street names etc which as a tourist you dont. Useful
Found the route planner really helpful. Wandering around like a lost sheep, the App showed a map of where to walk to and what bus to take. Have to say, Malta public transport is fantastic for service and value.RupeDoggyDogg
Terrible
I’m finding this terrible and impossible to use here in Malta. Combined with impossible data connectivity using SIM card. I thought I would be able to rely on this app to get around. Don’t believe the hype!Hetty52
Not The Best & Not The Worst Bus App
This app works well if you know how to use it at first I found it very hard to use it you need to know the name of the bus stop where you are and where you are going to the best way is to go on the next bus then you look on the map where you want to do and click plan Journey here so it will put it down as the end stop then you need to put where you are starting from and it will give you the best route to your destination I know it’s long doing this but that’s the best way I have found to use it and the only way I could use the app lol they need to Proof the app by far and soon as a tourist it’s hard using this appShow lessMRJMGM5984
Can’t do much with it.
Thankfully I have a Maltese tallinja card but I wanted to use the app as a way to plan busses. There is a ‘next bus’ option that only shows one option. There’s a bit that should let you add your favourite bus stops but that also doesn’t work. This app needs A LOT of updating and reworks.lukascax
Not good
There is no option to register as a new customer. You can top up your card if you have one, but I haven’t got one to top up. How do I get one? So I selected “contact us” and typed that question in, only to be rewarded with “there is s problem with your request”. So I can’t find out. Pretty useless really.Show lessCarlcarlcarl
Mostly for locals
Very little functionality without mobile data, so is of limited use to visitors. Was hoping to at least find an offline route map image, but doesn't seem to be even that.CW1984
