Cannot sign up
I’m not getting the verification code to my USA phone number
Delete this app , it doesnt help you
I waited 1 hour for a bus that said it will come in 5 min
Buggy
Can’t login, still buggy
Only appears to work on certain phones
Visitor to Malta. Purchased two Explore Flex cards from the dispenser at a nearby bus stop, and only managed to register one with my iPhone (13 Pro). My wife’s iPhone (11) wouldn’t register at all - appears to be a buggy app / unable to register and therefore unable to top up the card on the app. Needs a lot of work still, especially as the balance doesn’t update in real time (unless it requires a period of time to refresh - which isn’t clear).

Bug
The app is supposed to be updated and the bug is supposed to be gone, yet there are still bugs in the app. The time is still not changing and if it does it is not the accurate time. I have another phone side by side mine and the bug is still very evident.
Unreliable and slow
The app doesn’t show the correct live data of the buses. It says a bus is coming in 5 minutes and then it doesn’t come at all or it’s there in 20 minutes. It would be way easier when it would show live tracking like bolt.
Can’t Sign Up
Tried to sign up for an account but the sms text verification code will not come through to my USA phone number…
Worst App Ever
This is such a useless app
Poor design, hard to use
There’s really no alternative to using this official bus app on Malta, but it is a really badly designed app that makes it hard to use.
For example, it chews through battery life.
Its geolocation is usually wing, so the directions and recommendations are often nonsensical.
Journey pages don’t clearly present walking segments as such (a waking person icon would help), so new users can think it’s a bus segment but without the bus number
Showing the bus stop number would also be useful given several same-named stops and the app’s tendency to suggest one that is not where you are.
If you go back from the detailed directions. such as to look at other suggested routes, you have to start all over again. Your current itinerary is wiped out. Also, several of the line labels have white te t on light backgrounds, making it hard to read the line number. White on yellow, really? Some basic user experience skills are sorely needed by this developer.

Top up - it’s not live - had to wait 6 hours more to credit your actual card itself
