Total pain
App crashes or freezes constantly. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times, I have 400 units and have had to redo inspections 3 times because every time my site is adjusted I had to redo everything. Help desk is nice but I use it way too often. Thanks for finding a way to make maintenance even more of a pain than it already is.
So your new roll out has had 0 impact on the app and its functionality. Still terrible. So frustrating when you’re trying to do inspections and it works 3 days in a row and suddenly won’t open on the 4th. Or you are almost done with inspections but app starts crashing and you can’t complete the final 5 units on a day
