  • Amazing app!!

What an amazing app that is. Many good, making life easier features. It tells you if and when did the receiver of your email got the message from you. Finally you dan preview the message straight from the lock screen as well as delete etc. Swipe gestures for deleting , archiving and moving to a lists. Highly polish led and well thought through app!!

  • The best email client yet

I did a quick search and found this application on the list, downloaded the Mac version and wanted to test out the iOS version and it's great, I have numerous gmail accounts for business and I can have everything synced in one place and log in using ONE polymail account and that is perfect as my MacBook gets faulty and is replaced at least once a month so constantly changing laptops. Also, same signature across desktop and mobile is a life saver and even though that is possible with gmail it hardly ever works. Plus the HTML signatures work which again is great.

  • So close & yet so far...

After the close of Mailbox I was on the hunt for a something that would give me the same feel. I tried everything I could: Spark, Outlook, Alto, etc. with no real luck in finding what I wanted. I had gripes with just about everything. When I found out about Polymail I thought that this what I was looking for and I managed to get in on the beta. While Polymail is the most aesthetically pleasing to use I have one issue that prevents me from using this as my regular email app. The fact that "lists" are not capable of being edited. Every "list" I have ever made exists even if I have deleted it from Gmail and I can't delete them from the app. As someone who heavily relies on lists to keep my email organized this drives me nuts! I have reached out to the Polymail team about it multiple times and hoped for a fix once this reached public launch. The fact that it's still an issue is disappointing and until it gets fixed I will stick with using Email by EasilyDo.

  • Best mail app available

Undeniably beautiful and convenient, Polymail adds some amazing features and has a grasp on what mail apps should be when it comes to UX! 5/5
  • Kind of Amazing

I had to sign in, and wait for this to load and also write stuff so clearly it took a little bit of effort to illustrate and to shout that this app is kind of amazing. It's beautiful, colorful, and the support staff are kind of the most wonderful folks ever. I'm really digging all the features such as notifications about my mail being opened and he ability to send mail at a later time. Things like this make me think - "wait, this hasn't been invented yet??". Anyway, the app is amazing. If it was an app for purchase, I'd buy it and even buy it for my friends as a gift. But it's free. So 5 stars all around and then some. 😍😍😍

  • Amazing!

Honestly I've tried a hell of a lot of email apps but this just blows them out of the water. It's everything you could ask for in one app and if you can think of something that's not included just message the team and it will be added shortly after! I've finally been able to get to inbox zero after about 5 years of spam being sent to me.

  • Beautiful but lacking

I can't seem to add outlook accounts which is what I primarily use. If that problem was fixed then there's really nothing to hate about this app! I love it otherwise.
  • This is what I waited six months for????

After Mailbox was bought by Dropbox and then was shuttered, I thought I would never find another great mail app. I tried other so called "Mailbox" replacements and though a few were okay, I never really found what I was looking for. Then I found an email startup called Polymail. I was intrigued and tried to get an invitation. I was familiar with invitations because that's how Mailbox began. I waited, and waited..........and waited, but finally gave in to Spark. Spark gave me a Mailbox feeling with a few upgrades. Granted, I had to go into settings to set it up, but I've been happy with it.
Fast forward about six months later. I received an email, saying it was my turn for Polymail. I gave it a shot, but after so long, the thrill is gone. I got used to Suggested folders in Spark and to go back to the slower way is unacceptable. So, everyone has a choice in mail apps and mine is to go back to Spark.

  • Yawn

One of those boring ... Wait till we invite you in apps. Yawn.

Big selling point? Read receipts. Really?! I'll delete rather than wait thank you. I have much larger concerns for email than receipts.

    - - -

The invite came through so I thought I'd try the app out. For a few days I liked the app. It's a clean interface and reasonably functional - though I expected it to be less so than Spark and it is.

But I ran into a couple of snags that mean I just cannot transfer my emailing to Polymail (apart from the lack of Exchange support). I tried sending an email to someone I'd sent plenty of emails to before but I could not get Polymail to autocomplete the email address. So there seems to be a lack of address book support that I've not come across on any other email app I've used.

On the second occasion that this happened I saved a draft and switched to Spark to try and finish sending from there. But when in Spark the draft wasn't there. So Polymail appears to be saving drafts in a custom location, whereas Spark saves them in the proper drafts folder. The upshot of this is that I cannot operate effectively in Polymail whereas I can in Spark.
