  • This is not a free app

Beware. Despite not stating it anywhere, this is not a free app and you are given 7 days to sign up to a paid plan.
  • Been using Polymail for Six Years

I’ve trialled every new email app every time one is released but nothing has pulled me away from Polymail Yet. It just works and is worth every cent to manage all of my work email and stay on top of everything. Excited to see what Ryan and the team do in this next chapter
  • Sub Service Lies

7 day trial without paying for PRO!
  • Paywall

I added 20 email accounts which took me 2 hours, then they added paywall. Thanks for wasting my time that I won’t get back. $5/mo is too much, it’s not like you’re hosting email or doing anything important other than showing me my email and injecting questionable tracking pixels into all my confidential emails.

  • Hands-down the best email client out there.

...and I've (not-quite) literally tried them all:
    - Apple Mail
    - Webmail
    - Fancy webmail extensions like Boomerang, Gmelius, etc.
    - Outlook
    - Thunderbird
    - Spark
    - Hey
    - Superhuman
    - Front
    - Newton
    - Mail Butler
    - Airmail
    - Mailbox (RIP)
    - Google Inbox (RIP)
    - and I'm sure I'm missing others...

Even when I try a new one, I always come back to Polymail.

The app slam dunks on both function and form. It's clean, minimal, easy on the eyes, and highly-functional for Inbox Zero. It offers the laundry list of now-standardized features of a productivity-focused mail client, including:
    - snooze
    - schedule send
    - undo send
    - read receipts/activity
    - gmail hotkeys

There is also a KILLER feature that most apps either don't offer, apply sporadically, or charge you an arm and a leg for: automatic email returns to your inbox if you don't get a reply. Most apps that offer this will make you manually choose for an email to be bounced back without a reply, but as a business owner I want this to happen automatically, and Polymail is the only client I've tried that offers this affordably (Mail Butler I think will do this for $50/month). It's now an essential part of my work-flow, and I feel really hamstrung without it!

There are also a host of features available to teams, including Slack/Asana/Salesforce integration, team message templates, mentions, and shared comments on emails.

All in all an amazing mail client. I'm really excited to see what changes and improvements are coming down the pike for them.

  • Still here since being a beta tester

I’ve trialed other clients over the last 7yrs, Sparrow, Outlook (yuk), Gmail (almost as yuk), Mimestream and even a premium for Superhuman. None have been as well rounded as Polymail, or cross platform.

Polymail is an absolute standout in its class. I’m surprised one of the big guys hasn’t bought it out and ruined it yet.

  • Fantastic

I love Polymail. Have used them on iOS and desktop for years now and can’t imagine giving up the scheduling and tracking capabilities. Undo send is a lifesaver.

    Great company, great product.
  • Best Email Application!

We've been using Polymail for several years and it is by far the best email application for business use that I have found and they are fantastic with support and adding new features all the time. Both the Mac OS and IOS versions work great. If they have any Sync Issues it is rare and they are fixed very quickly and mainly due to upgrades. They released the windows version which allowed more of our employees to use the applicaiton and we love the collaboration and commenting. There is nothing bad I would say about Polymail. We'd be lost without it. Well worth the monthly price especially if you are looking for collaboration tools for remote employees. Integrates well with Asana and Slack.

  • Love this App.

Had for a few years now and absolutely love it. Well worth the monthly premium and highly recommend.
  • Best Email Client On Earth

There's a bunch of chatter online about Polymail being weak or what not -- Ignore.

I've been using since 2017 and it's a blast and it's by far the best and most affordable (superhuman sorry!) email client.

Founders leaving, who runs it etc. is a fair criticism but the product still works and is good.

I swear by Polymail it's the best!
