What’s new? The ‘What’s new’ screen is now accessible via the main menu. Feedback Pass back your ideas or suggestions via the app. Select a location instead of a system As a user you now first select a location. Now swipe easily through the screens that belong to this location. Section authorization For each user you can configure which sections of the system they can arm/disarm. Only from these authorized sections the user will receive events. Premium account enlarged The maximum number of users and accounts per app in the Premium account has been enlarged to 50 (was 25). Improvements On some IOS devices with IOS 12 the language was reset to English, this issue is fixed.

Description of mySmartControl

With mySmartControl you can monitor and control your home or business security system real-time and from anywhere. Receive real-time email and push notifications in case of an alarm, warning or other event. The unique chat function lets you handle an alarm in the most easy and effective way. Advanced options Of course the system can be armed and disarmed with the app. But besides that it’s also possible to bypass a (malfunctioning) sensor. So the system still can be armed. This option is rarely used on the normal keypad but now easily available. The status of the complete system and individual sensors is real-time available. The app is suitable for home and business use. In the app you can have multiple sites you can control. So it’s easy to control your home, office or sportsclub’s alarm system and receive alarms. The mySmarControl app is brand independent. In the compatibility list on our website http://www.mysmartcontrol.com is a full list of systems currently supported systems can be found. But there will be more, the app will soon be expended with new options for example alarm verification, ipad support, messaging and smartwatch support.
