Let me start by saying my Dutch is very basic. That being said, the past instance of the app was fairly easy to navigate. Since the update... i'm met with endless pop ups and and can't even find the option to enter my meter reading. This update is completely counter productive to the Customer. Ive tried contacting customer service multiple times and the last advice i received was "just keep searching until you find it.". Didn't have a problem until this point. Again, i'm not upset about the lack of english support. it's understandable. But the app change that was so drastic with no menu navigation assistance is terrible. I'll be switching my service because of this.
