That means the I have to use 2 bulbs ๐Ÿชต That will cause a lot of pollutions as more materials were used to make 2 bulbs. Try to make other versions where each bulb is maybe 19W or less? Try to take survey to see what customers are looking for so they will buy only 1 bulb and it will be bright enough ๐Ÿ˜ it will reduce a lot of pollutions and so on. Love the peaceful dark blue background. The verification through email is very annoying though. Other than that, incredibly nice and quality app.

Good, but not great

So essentially, I've had my Cync light bulbs in my room for a while now and any time they go bad I replace them. The app is really good and it has a lot of fun settings and it's easy to use for the most part. The thing I get frustrated with is when one of my lights randomly starts to stop working and no matter what I do it won't work. It's not because it needs to he replaced, because I bought this new set about 2isn weeks ago. And I'm really frustrated because my phone could be RIGHT NEXT to my lights but it keeps saying to try again it to reset it. And it will take my at least 30 minutes to an hour for my lights to reset itself and for my lights to reconnect. Honestly, it's not bad every once in a while but when it's happening like 2-4 times a month it starts to get really annoying. Especially when they stop working right before you have to go to bed. For example, my lights will not turn off and I've been trying to reconnect them for maybe like 45 minutes? My lights will not reset and my phone will not connect to the lights. It's a really great app and the lights are really nice, but the constant disconnection is extremely aggravating and it's causing me a lot of trouble. So, even though it's a great app, I think it should be like a 3 or 4 star rating because this is constant, it takes up way too much time, and it's really just not great quality. Like I have better things to do than waste like an hour just to get an hour less of sleep.

Poor design

Counter intuitive to an absurd level. Something as simple as changing light colour shouldnโ€™t take so many steps.

Faulty Lights - worse customer service

Have 5 Par38 outdoor flood lights, they turn on and off on their own follow random old/deleted schedules. Not a single night went by where they ran the schedule properly. Customer service was even worse, inept and unable to problem solve, stopped replying, took over a week to reply another time. Useless, buy something else.

Confusing

Unnecessarily confusing user interface design.

Confusing

In what should be a straightforward exercise in interface design, this is a confusing mess and the appโ€™s scheduling doesnโ€™t appear to be working correctly.

Worst app ever

This app sucks, they log you out and if you forget your password or need a verification email, good luck, they take forever to send it, so whatever you set it to, you better enjoy it.

This app controls lights, lol. Trying to act like theyโ€™re important.

Brutal

After an hour of pairing 2 bulbs the App does NOT control anything.

Definitely will return!
