In what should be a straightforward exercise in interface design, this is a confusing mess and the app’s scheduling doesn’t appear to be working correctly.
Worst app ever
This app sucks, they log you out and if you forget your password or need a verification email, good luck, they take forever to send it, so whatever you set it to, you better enjoy it.

Google Home stopped working in latest disappointment
Basically forced to use these smart switches because of old wiring in my house, I would have moved on a long time ago. I did have a couple months of stable connection once I setup a 2Ghz wifi network specifically for this switch. Now the device is offline in Google Home 100% of the time but connected in app. Please fix! Relinking account does nothing.

Needlessly complicated
It’s bloated, and buggy. The presets are useless because you can’t set intensity. I miss my previous Globe lights and app
Reliable, even if the wifi goes down.
I've been using the smart thermostat and a set of smart lights from Cync for about 3 years now. While this app isn't the most advanced and set up can be a pain at times, once it works, it will keep working. The settings you set will stay even if the internet turns off. One time the Cync server went down so the app was useless. Even though the thermostat couldnt connect, I could still adjust the temp with the manual buttons on the thermostat. Once the server went back up, the manual temp I set and the length of time the a/c ran for uploaded into the app as if the outage never happened. For the smart lighting I have profiles set with different colors and times. I can use the app to adjust this, but I also bought a Cync remote that works by itself (needs app for setup though). The only complaint with the app is that if it's on for too long, you need to close it completely and open it again to adjust the temp and lights. It's also fun to turn off the a/c when I'm away, and then turn it back on again like 30 minutes before I get home.

Outdoor Smart plugged
There’s no selection for outdoor smart plug. There is four plugs, but it doesn’t work for the outdoors smart plug. I’m very annoyed.
