  • App is SAD :-(

    The application will not allow me to make the doctors appointment nor pay my invoices. There is no support for the app… offices need to stop outsourcing everything!!!!
  • It needs to accept 4 digit CVC

    The app designer needs to update it to allow for 4 digit CVC entry. It only allows 3 digits. Fix it please

  • Haven’t been able to access account in months

    I have not been able to get past the logo opening page of this app in months. My drs office says I need to go to the website and reset …. Reset what. I’ve been on the website and can’t find anything to reset , can’t even find where to reset password. Now they are going to online billing only and I have to rely on this app and website which are terrible to pay my bills and I don’t even get notifications when I have a payment due ! Incredibly frustrating

  • Poor Design

    This app barely functions at the best of times. It’s embarrassing how poor and buggy the app is.
  • Unprofessional

    This app gives a 404 error when you have to sign the patient consent form. I don’t know how a health app can screw that up. If I can’t even give informed patient consent then I definitely don’t want to use my credit card on this app. Maybe they will just misplace that information too.
  • Just crashes

    Garbage app. Crashes when I login and there’s no support provided whatsoever.
  • App is worse than you can imagine

    The website is terrible and the app is worse. Don’t even bother. It’s the one way I’m supposed to communicate with my doctor and ever time I hit send on an email in the app, it crashes. It’s be easier to find a new doctor.

    I would recommend a different patient portal that is more useful to your patients

    I can’t get logged in. I’ve tried resetting my password several times and I continue to get an invalid message.
