Reset password multiple times but still won’t let me log in. However, I am able to log in just fine in the browser, but the browser interface is horrible and very difficult to navigate.Kayci Duncan

The app keeps telling me I have the wrong username and password. They work just fine on the website. Rendering the app useless. I wish it would quit asking me to download itmommabu11

Can’t even use the app!!
I have tried to log in to this app multiple times and it won’t even let me! I am 100% certain I have the right credentials to log in and it still says I have the wrong email and or password. Doesn’t even deserve one stargabriellewink1
I want MyChart!
The prompt to reset your password sends you in a loop, back to the login screen with no additional functionality to reset your password. I'll call the doctor's office on Monday morning but Disappointing!I want MyChart
Bad. Does not work
Was sent a link by a medical provider to use this portal. Went through sign up but app opens to 404 page not found error code. When I tried to go back to the login screen, it opened the apple App Store within this app. What?? Totally non-functional.donnabjammin

Incomplete information
All of my health records are blank with the exception of my demographics. I cannot see appointments, care plan, billing history, lab results, etc. All blank. I know there is information in these fields because when I log into the portal on my computer I see it. As an individual who works in medical billing where we are constantly trying to improve the patient experience, this app needs major improvements. While I love my physician, I wish they were on Epic so I could use MyChart.Show lessjaked2007
Confusing app
It is difficult to figure out how to message doctor. You would think you would go to messages but I could see nothing about sending a message. Finally went under appointments because it was the only way to think of communicate with doctor’s office as there is no way to call and speak with someone. In the appointments section it lets you choose the subject of your message. I was lucky to stumble upon it.Show lessGbhyrfc
