Apple banks app is great for checking balances abs paying bills. The big minus is that I can’t figure out how to do transfers between accounts at other banks.mattyh1981

Recommending better service
I’ve seen some improvements as being able to track low balances and seeing each transaction as paid when using the visa app. Another recommendation is offering Zelle. I think offering this services could make customers happier with Apple Bank.Uber App Amazing!

Especially now most banks are closed. Doing my transactions online is a snap. Thank you. Here’s a question when will apple bank get the seller, cash app or other options to send money or receive money. Also when you have transferring ability to other banks online app.graygranny65
App Experience
What I like about the App is it’s ability to be user friendly and intuitive/ meaning the prompts, labels and directives are easy to understand allowing one to accomplish what is intended without getting “lost” in the virtual environment. So depositing checks, transferring money, seeing my charges and written checks getting copies of past transactions are doable without calling for help. Website is “clean”.
I only wish (like on a mobile device) there was the ability to view (if so desired) one’s password entered to ensure a self check before getting locked out for an inconvenient period of time with too many attempts when trying use the online feature.
