Annoying
I love the idea for the app, and it’s easy to navigate, however, the lighting option for the Board within the app, doesn’t work. Every time I try to change the option for the lights, it boots me out of the app. When I initially turned the hover board on, it was flashing random colors. I installed the app, changed the color to solid, and haven’t been able to set it back to random again. It’s quite irritating. This is a birthday gift for my son, and it’s a very expensive gift, and that means if the item is advertising different options for the item, and the options don’t work, that’s kind of a big deal. Board is great. App is awful
App crashes when you try and change light mode settings. You also can’t change speeds or drive modes at all as it just goes back to the default settings. So, you’re getting quite a bit less functionality than what you paid for. Please fix the app or I will have to return.Picasso1122
App doesn’t work
Can’t change the lights as the app crashes. Changed to beginner from advanced for my youngest now it won’t change back for my oldest. Battery was at 12% suddenly when to 30%.Mggggghgh
App does not work like it should…
It was not easy to navigate, however, once I figured it out, I tried to change the lights from solid to flashing and every time I click on it, the app turns off. The same thing happens anytime I try to do a challenge and choose between 1-2 hrs—I click on it and the app turns off and returns me to my Home Screen on my phone. Please make some improvements because we aren’t able to use some of these features that made us want to purchase this hoverboard in the first place because of a faulty app!Kdogrrrr

Simply doesn’t work
Only working functionality seems to be Bluetooth music. Every other setting reverts. Cannot connect to the board in the app aside from streaming music.kevilATX

Awful app
Can’t control anything with the app except music, just like the other reviews state. I created an account. I can see the board on my iPhone Bluetooth but the board doesn’t know it is connected. Lots of static when listening to music. The board makes a constant buzzing sound. Can’t believe the problems with a board this expensive. The reviews online say great things but they say nothing about the app. I regret the purchase.putainjarrivepas
FIX THE APP PLEASE
Apparently I should have read the reviews before buying this because the app does not work ! It won’t find my sons board . I can easily connect it to my phones Bluetooth to play music but it won’t connect to the app . I can’t do anything on the app until it connects to the board . PLEASE FIX THIS . This has been a problem for years according the your reviews .
