Pretty pathetic.
Can see to put music to the hoverboard but cannot pair to the board itself. This is with Apple and Samsung phone. 3 different ones. So cannot set speed or sensitivity or get gps location or ANYTHING. they have to know this is an issue. Look at the reviews. Bought 2 and neither will connect the board. Also please hire someone who can write in English for your instruction. They are laughable, unless you want to actually use them. Then they are not so funnybluetoothbob
Can’t adjust settings
Every time you try to change speed or driving force it does not stay. A hint pops up and the setting resets itself. Hot garbage app.SirTomFoolery

App doesn’t connect
I can connect the Q2-C Kylin Fire speaker to my iPhone and play music but I can’t connect the board to the Tomoloo app. This means we have no ability to adjust speed, skill level, lights, etc. Please fix app or send along any workarounds.RyBern77
App is still bad
The hover board seems like a very solid product but the app is horrible, still. All I want to do is set it to beginner settings to learn in but it seemingly takes 15 minutes to finally connect and just keeps telling you “hints” and puts it to stock speeds. Once you finally get it to all the slowest speeds possible for safety, the unit resets itself to stock setting when powered off/on again. Not good for trying to have my 3 kids learn how to use this thing. Other minor things, LED light colors don't match up request.hshdjdjsss
The device does not connect to the app.
I have the Q2 and when I try to connect to the app it just says “scanning” forever. Great device though.theomegaperson
Does not connect to App
Just like everyone else, the app does not connect to the hoverboard. To make it worse, the manufacturer is not reading these messages and acknowledging there is a problem. We will be forced to return the product. This is unacceptable!CAJohnson98
Doesn’t connect with my Q2-X
I have the latest update (iOS 13) and my hover board won’t connect at all.😕😔...I used to have the iPhone 6 and I thought it was the phone that had the issue BUT now I have the iPhone 11 and it still won’t connect 😭michael mugharbel
Not connecting to speaker
I click Bluetooth in app it says connect to speaker then I went boy it won't connect to speaker it say make sure it's on and in range I did turn it on and went to it traed again STILL! Do not downloadgxgfhfyfhbcgf
Will Not Connect
The features in the app would be nice, if it would actually connect to the device. I cannot use this app at all.
The device will connect to my phone’s Bluetooth and play music, but the app just keeps “scanning” and never finds the device.
