Bluetooth Disappointment
Reiterating the reviews of my fellow Q2 owners: this App will not connect to Bluetooth. I have tried on iPhone and iPad with no success, and I have no issues with any other devices connecting.Fun1119
Worthless app
Disappointing because one of the reasons I bought this hover board( Fire Kylin Q2) was because of the app and cool functions it can supposedly do. Won’t connect via Bluetooth on iPhone 7 and is completely worthless. Misleading and falsely advertised! 0 stars!Danny223009

Cannot connect to Bluetooth
Just got a brand new Q2 Fire Kylin for Christmas. Followed all the instructions and attempted to connect the hover board to my iPhone 7 via Bluetooth. The Tomoloo app does not show the Q2 as a connectable Bluetooth device. Deleted the app and tried again with the same result. I even went as far as to test my Bluetooth on other devices and they worked just fine. Tomoloo please fix your app immediately!The Mad Swiper

Nice product. Bad app. My Eagle V2 worked for a little while with the app until I changed the Bluetooth name and password and then it all went to crap and won't let me connect now. Nor can I forget the device in the app or reset to factory settings. Definitely needs some work/update.Sjejskaosib
Bluetooth not working
Just got the Fire Kylie Q2 and the Bluetooth is not compatible with my iPhone 6. The functionality of the hover board is awesome though. Just needs that app update, and I will change my rating to 5 starsGoofygoober777
Not connecting
I got my tomoloo hover board today and try to pair it with the app but it never found it when it when it was searching, my Bluetooth was on and the hover board was on can you please fix this.Aj12873
Disappointing
Right out of the box Christmas morning and the Q2 won’t even attempt to connect to Bluetooth. And yes I’ve no problems with Bluetooth, other devices I can pair just fine. This one isn’t broadcasting, so doa. Merry Christmasmsphynx

I would suggest being able to set a sequence of specific colors instead of being limited to either one color or random colors. Adding black and white would also be nice if that is possible.Molly Madison
