Bluetooth won’t connect
I’m having major problems with the app and this happened with my other Hoverboard too. I have the Q3 and when I log into the app it can’t seem to find my board? I have the latest iPhone update and an iPhone 6. Can something please be done about this? I followed every instruction in the manual and I can listen to music but not pair it with the app. Easily one star app.Ekrouse

It needs a update / so we can control & turn off & on the back rear red lights & a option to dim the light 👀 / but still have the rear back lights turn on when breaking 👀 / the back light is taking up battery life /Viper1.5
Will not connect
App with scan but will not find the Q2-C hover board. Please fix. My phone without the app will connect to the board so I can play music. But I can not get access to change the colors on the board.Please up date this game!

It’s too loud you have to change the colors every time the app is bad but the board itself is goodjamesems1

Thank you so much to fix the app on iOS, it was so anoyde not to be able to check the beattery status or set the speed. But now with this update every thing sees like to become a normal. Thanks again I gived 3 stars because the app was crushing and wasn’t opening, 5 stars 👌🏻👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻✌🏻❤️Max M 41
App Crashes & No Sound Control
App was updated today and it crashes as soon as it's opened. Also, it's lame bc you can't turn off the sound when the hoverboard gets turned on. It's extremely loud and unnecessary. I don't need it to yell "BLUETOOTH CONNECTED" every time my phone connects to it.dbperk

This app doesn’t allow you to connect to Bluetooth. It just keeps saying “wrong password, try again” or something like that. This hoverboard is awesome but the app is the opposite.REDX728
