  • How do you record anything???

    1. No way to record what I ate.
    2. Time cannot be changed if I am recording my food for the day at a later time. It looks like I ate breakfast and lunch at 3 pm. Because that is when I entered it.
  • Amazing app

This is exactly what I was looking for. A very low-fi way to practice mindful eating with the option to track food groups/types and overall healthiness. Plus it doesn’t require ingredient tracking or calorie counting which never works for me. However, I do like stats and this provides that. I like the idea of sticking to the 80/20 rule and this enables me to aim for that.
