Worst App Ever
It’s impossible to complete the sign-in and begin watching ANY content. I’ve been working at this for over an hour and keep getting a message that I need to start over and will have lost EVERYTHING I entered. My only regrets are that (1) a film I especially want to see will be playing tomorrow and (2) in order to post this review I had to give the app a 1 star rating. Zero stars would have been more appropriate!😡😡😡😡😡😡

Can’t Even Watch
I cannot watch any shows on this app. This is because the sixth largest cable company in the United States is not listed in the provider list. yes, I’m talking about WOW! Website says just check back every so often to see if it’s been added till it’s added. thats crap because I’ve been checking back since like 2018 OR EARLIER.

wish I could award ZERO stars
this is the WORST media player I have ever seen. Glitched repeatedly through an entire series, ads would break into the middle of scenes, restart them, skip them altogether, but it saved the worst for last. Could not finish the episode — from the second segment on, had to watch part or all of it multiple times to see the next one. Just before the last segment of the entire series, it went back to the middle of the ep AGAIN. Was never able to watch the end, even after 2 hours of trying.

Can your ads stop triggering more adds?
Nothing worse than watching a show, getting through the ads only to have the app crash requiring you to watch more ads to get back to where you were…. Improvements needed to 1. Make the progress work accross devices; 2. Stop the tvOS app from crashing when resuming after an ad break….
Skips ahead plays same ad over and over.
I was optimistic when I downloaded this app. Every time it takes a commercial break he plays the same ad over and over and over for about a minute and a half and then plays maybe two other commercials. After that it seems to skip ahead for no reason. If it hasn’t had an update in two months I’m willing to bet that the designers have abandoned it.

What the heck?
I used to love this app, but now the sound slips out of sync, the same commercial plays 4 times in a row during the same break, and if you leave the app and come back later to resume your show, it starts back in some random part of the episode that wasn’t where you left off. I keep looking for an update, but haven’t had any luck. Bummer.

Completely Unacceptable
I have watched the exact same commercial probably a thousand times by now. It shows about 6-8 times per commercial break and those come very frequently. It’s making me question my sanity. Normally, I’d find the number of commercial breaks, comparatively, excessive and would be complaining about that. This is so bad that I mainly just want the repetitive commercial madness to end, that’s all. I will never buy a Chevy again and it’s their fault with their horrible programming. Get your crap together. Shame on you.

Glad to see that issues seem to have been addressed
Rating only the app and not the material available (which is excellent, there will one hopes be even more of it :)) it seems to be much better than previously.
Too glitchy to use
I use this on my Apple TV. I’ve been trying to watch Killing Eve but it’s impossible. Every time the Zales commercial comes on, my app crashes and closes. Then I have to open the app and go through an entire commercial break all over again, and then when that’s over, I have to scroll through and try to find my spot in the show where it crashed. Even when I choose “Resume” instead of “Restart,” the episode starts over from the beginning. I can see months of similar complaints in the reviews, so I can’t believe the app hasn’t been fixed yet. This is what happens when companies refuse to fund tech support.

Horrid
Love the shows but the app does not work. Crashes constantly. Have to delete and reinstall to to get functioning again on new iPad with up to date iOS. Freezes in middle of play. Impossible to get started again. Hold viewed shows is incomplete. Advertising overload. Every time playback fails, you have to watch 2 minutes of advertising to get back to the show. Then adjust the the point of failure and another 2 minutes of adverting only to have the show crash immediately after. Note the advertising never fails.
