I Love Meditation!
This ZEN app is great because it helps a person relax and helps one to find inner peace. We live in such a stressed out and rush rush society and this is NOT healthy for the human body, mind and emotions. This might be why people in the US have cancer and are getting sick with illnesses of the mind and physical sickness. They don’t take the TIME to relax and find peace within themselves. They are to busy chasing after the almighty dollar and today we have millionaires $ billionaires dying at the age of 50! No thank you. Not for me. Creates a peaceful environment around you that for me was lying on a sun lounger on a sandy beach somewhere on holiday listening to the sea lapping the shore at total and in total peace around and within that I found very relaxing and calming and very fulfilling.Duped again?

If you are sad or happy zen will help you to relax your body. It helps with almost everything, if you are having a ruff day all you have to do is download the app zen and your problems can be away from you for a little bit. This app is great I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.dcb2317
Calm at your fingertips
I look be the accessibility of Zen. I can listen on the train or whenever I need to take some time for myself. There is a lot of choice so whatever mood I'm in there is something for mejjjj72

I’ve been feeling anxious and I listened to the free anxiety session and the next day my anxiety turned into optimism. I still feel a bit nervous about an event coming up bit not nearly as bad as i was before the session. Great app, will definitely be using oftenbbnkjmnbbnn

Unlike other meditation apps that have paid services, this one has plenty of amazing content without the subscription. But the quality of it has convinced me that the price (reasonable especially compared to other apps like it!) is definitely worth it!
