I have been using them for a number of years all has been good until this last update. You can no longer use fingerprint ID or Face ID as another reviewer stated you have to login your user ID password then wait for a verification. In this case calling the office getting the verification, then going back into the app to take money, this is ridiculous. I tried calling customer support after being on hold for 45 minutes trying to explain the problem they hung up on me. Apparently they have no customer support. I am now looking for a different merchant account provider.
