Useful but can be a lot better
I can’t rotate my screen to use my keyboard, it randomly logs out and it forgets my password
It’s also slow a lot of times even with fast Wi-Fi and an m1 iPad.

Sara plus is a good app and it gets the job done. It just really needs some major updates. The app is always lagging and is slow. It doesn’t let me change the address at the end of an order! This app needs some quality of life changes.
The app is okay… it gets the job done but that’s about it.
iPads have come a long way. The ability to use a keyboard and mouse with them, has made them more into a laptop making productivity better and faster.
The Sarah plus app lacks the ability to go Into landscape mode… The app supports keyboard and mouse, but you can’t rotate the screen. It appears people have been complaining about this for at least 3 years now… so what gives?
On top of that, the apps loading screens are dreadfully slow.. The app also lacks the ability to go back and add an extra line if the customer decides to half way through the process. You have to completely restart!
Some of these should be no brainer changes, especially when the apps users have been complaining about the an issue for 3 years now.Show lessTokTikBeSus
