Unable to sign up 9 new lines/ four separate customers due to a prompt that says “ID authentication has been completed. AT&T has indicated that this order cannot have wireless. All products and selections have been removed.” This has only occurred since the new update. Need answers.Needs to be rotate compatible
It would be a 5 star review otherwise but if the app would rotate when you rotate your iPad it would make the app much more comfortable and easy to useNo landscape mode and logs out automatically

Good app but really really really really really needs LANDSCAPE mode. I’m begging the developers of this app to please give us LANDSCAPE mode for SARA+. It would make our life much much better, faster and easier. PLEASE GIVE US LANDSCAPE.Great App for DTV & AT&T Orders
Excellent App to work from the App. We need you to Enable the Screen Rotation Option to be able to work with Cases with Keyboards and thus make it more practical for handling. Thank youGarbage.... syncing info from phone

Sara plus is a very useful tool, but there is one major flaw. The essential tools can not be accessed on mobile phones. While it is 100% compatible with iPads; this major flaw can actually cause Sara’s clients to miss out on the plethora of sale opportunities when an ipad is out of reach. With an increase of mobile phone usage it is only logical to make this application fully functional on mobile phones, and if they fail to keep up with this day and age, they will be left behind. So please add mobile phone compatibility it’s a small investment truly worthy of your time and money.Show less
