  • The most glitchy, frustrating app I know

    Most of the time I can’t even log into this app. A waste of digital space.

  • Fitbit no longer syncs

    Changed my Fitbit login to my google account. I can no longer sync. I was pretty happy up until then.

  • Crashing for a week

    I cannot open the app to log my steps for over a week. It’s ridiculous.I figured out how to get it to read my steps but it doesn’t work. In a day it might give me 10 steps if I’m lucky. I think they do this so they don’t have to pay out the $100 for the million step challenge.

  • Can’t sign in

    Filled with issues and can’t even sign in without it crashing
  • Features Randomly Stop Working

    Sometimes it’s awesome but lately I’ve been getting really annoyed by how different things randomly stop syncing correctly. It started out by syncing my sleep hours wrong. Now it can’t seem to get my steps right anymore. On days where I’ve taken 20,000 steps, it’s only giving me credit for 500 now. That’s a lot of points that I’m missing out on. The website says it can take 48 hours for it to sync but I’ve checked back and it never updates. Beyond that, there really isn’t a clear place to send them constructive feedback on the app directly so I’m hoping writing this review will help with that.

    How is one supposed to register in the app? Is there support for this?

    I enter my member information and there is no link to move forward???

    I’m unable to login because the “login” button is hidden under my phones power bar. It needs to be moved down lower on the screen so it’s accessible

  • I can’t even sign in!

    I enter my information, get an email with a code to enter…. But it never prompts me or asks for the code! I can’t even sign in!
  • Unable to register as it’s missing buttons

    Horribly designed app and interface. Blue KC should’ve kept development in house in the US and not outsourced it to cheap Asian developers. Buttons are missing throughout the app or they’re placed in spots where you cannot click on them. Sadly, the web version of the site is just as bad from a mobile device.

  • Can’t log in

    No matter how many times I try it will not let me log in. It emails a code but never takes me to a screen to input the code.
