    Used to work fine. Got a new phone and cannot get it to log me in or recognize it’s own verification codes that it sends to me. Utter trash, probably because they don’t have to give you points or help you if you can never log in.

  • No longer syncs with Fitbit properly

    This app was only marginally good to begin with but all of a sudden a few weeks ago it stopped syncing with my Fitbit app to transmit data. This had been working properly for a year and a half. The app is up to date and I even tried to uninstall it and relink it to my Fitbit app. When I tried to call customer support I am just directed to the health insurance call center and they know nothing about the app at all. Very frustrating and disappointing.

    This is by far the most broken app I have ever had the displeasure of being forced to use. It crashes regularly, the interface is not streamlined, it refuses to connect to my Fitbit even though it says it is, and it won’t let me input into certain fields. It has the option to do so but the buttons don’t work. Seriously you’d think after all this time of being out to download these issues would have been fixed. Absolute trash.

  • Terrible

    It lags for long periods of time and took so long to create an account I gave up and am going to delete. It isn’t easy to navigate and actually kind of confusion. It asks me to select my coverage but no plans even show up. Not helpful In any way.

    This app is so frustrating. Unable to login on my phone and it does not recognize my member info. Just spins. Come on BCKS. Fix your app!
  • Unable to log in

    App will not let you log on. Skip and log your health progress on a desktop. Avoid the frustration. Skipping this app alone will improve your health immensely!

  • Doesn’t fit on iPhone 12 mini screen

    You can’t click any of the buttons on the top of the screen when using this App on an iPhone 12 mini, which makes navigating the app impossible. App is worthless for me until it can be updated.

  • Keeps crashing

    I have attempted multiple times to access the app but it crashes the second it opens. I deleted and re-downloaded it and the same issue occurs.
