Track Planes for Free? Sure!
For a free app it does the job. Would I spend $ to track planes? Probably not, but when I want to i.d. what kind of aircraft is flying over head it just the thing. When I need to find out when my wife’s flight is getting in to Logan and I can actually see it over Providence it’s a good thing. When I can see cargo flights represented as Santa’s sleigh in Alaska to show the kids on Christmas Eve... now that’s cool!Show lessDurbeck von Wyman

When you start the app, it asks you to upgrade. If you click no, it goes away and planes start to appear. 1 minute later, some crap comes up trying to sell you something. This happens every minute for three minutes. At 3:00, you get the minute ad, but this time when you click "NO", the program crashes. Obviously, they HATE taking "NO" for an answer.
The planes don't get a chance to populate the screen before "SURPRISE!!!" It's ad time again!
Sad, because it has a lot more info than Flight Aware... when it loads.Show lessFyrepup
Great App but Too Many Ads
I love this app, and really find the number of planes in the skies just fascinating. I can understand a free version having ads, like other free apps do, but this app has a huge lot of ads which intrude at key moments. I would buy the full version, but I feel it's currently priced at about twice what I would pay for it. Great app though.Show lessJohn3:17

This is a really great app. I am using the upgraded version and there are no adds. It's impressive the information this provides. I live about 30 miles from SeaTac airport and can watch the planes line up. I can see aircraft type, speed, altitudes, origin, destination, tracking and more.weedandwine
Too aggressive with ads
If you want to "p" people off then you have achieved 5 stars. Aggressive selling is always a turn off and I will compare you to double glazing salesmen I have dealt with in the passed. Your too greedy advertising third party adds and other apps you have made. Most people only have a mild interest in the flights and with a lot of other flight apps available the charge for the upgrade is too much. I would off kept this if say the upgrade were say under £2. Sorry I have deleted you which is a shame as it looks great.Show lessGrehnkiljgxsh

Every couple of minutes they are bullying you into paying £9.99 to upgrade to Add Free, what a shame, deleted after less than 30 min. Have used free Apalon Apps before, and haven't had this problem, but this one is a constant bombardment into upgrading.
Update 1st Sept
Re- downloaded this after a developers response. It runs great and I love it, but I cannot use it for more than a couple of minutes before you get full screen Adds that you cannot click off till it's ready. Not talking about bottom or top bar Adds, these are full screen and so annoying, and still constantly getting full screen Upgrade Adds, so what is there for you to make the decision to download the Full no Add Version when you cannot use it for long enough to even start to enjoy it. Will keep at it a bit longer, but it don't look good.Show lessAlan Plant
