No longer works
This app was not bad, a few too many ads. But it stopped working for me around April 10 2024, and now just shows a blank map of the world. No more planes visible, no more flights available to search. It was fun while it lasted, but even with update, it is just kaput. I would def get the Flight-radar one instead. More accurate and reliable.Show lesseightieskidforever
Being ignored - settings problem
Within settings in my Profile it appears one cannot update anything. Very very frustrating. My problem is that I have forgotten my password, and the email address to which my account is connected is no longer valid. But can I change it to my new one? No. There appears not be be a way I can update my details to allow a password reset. I have emailed for help and been totally ignored. Therefore I will not be renewing my subscription. Good app but….
This app is wonderful and has so much easy features and accurate but after a while I starts to freeze and can’t types and other stuff I don’t know if it’s a bug or just my phone but it’s kinda anoying but overall it’s a worth it app and simple directions how to use it great job making this app it perfectly made but I don’t know about the bug so yea.Show lesshungrypancake9383

False information
I was trying to track one of my family members flights to see when they would get there and it was going good at first till it showed me that THE PLANE WENT BACKWARDS. I was confused because there was no information or email that told me that the flight was going back. So I decided to go download a BETTER app that told me the their flight was on track and not back at where it started. Based on the other reviews I have seen Im sure the company did this for money because everyone I try to open the app it showed me an add. 1/5 stars This app will never be on my phone. free version is impossible to use
I was once a big advocate of this app and used it frequently. Yes, it was free and now you have a choice between subscriptions and advertising.
I wanted to just check one flight, so not happy to take out a yearly subscription. The advertiser funded version was so poorly implemented that it was impossible to get away from the ads once they had been served.
Close button for adverts is overlaid top right or top left area of the screen and mixed up with battery and network icons et cetera. It does not respond to being pressed.
This means you have to close the app and reopen it.
This makes the free version impossible (just difficult) to use.
I would've been prepared to pay a fee for a one off usage, but this is not an option.
