Performance issue
Its a shame as to how such a huge company in india have so slow page load. Nothing loads perfectly and takes so long to see the images. Even the checkout process takes consume so much of your time with such high speed internet. Better visit west side store in person to save time.

Terrible and worse app. Don’t trust them
It’s really a terrible app I have ever used. Ordered sneakers on 29 July,2024. Request for exchange , returned the product and then didn’t get my shoes.keeping calling customer services. Keeping playing over the ph. Keep saying same thing that they registered my complaints. They r working on it etc etc. don’t trust them. Keeping saying that wait for 2 days or 3 days. And then one day I requested for refund then they said I crossed 3 weeks cancellation policy.I lost the product and money. Didn’t believe that happened. Worst app and customer service

Worst customer Service Ever
Never buy from here they send you waste cloth pieces and keep telling they keep telling that you selected a wrong option while initiating a refund & can’t connect to their manager while 4 customer representatives provide different solutions. This isn’t how I expected one of Tata group operators to work. Very disappointed.

Its a Scam under TATA name I feel
I preferred to order from this app only because its name “TATA” . I ordered products on 5th May and they were supposed to deliver it on 9th May . But since 9th they are just saying it will be delivered tomorrow . Its 13th now but its not been delivered yet.
Customer care service is more pathetic. They think if you apologize to customer many times in call customer will be happy instead of giving proper answers to them.
If you tell them to cancel order they will just say as delivery date has been updated for tomorrow we cannot register complaint. If I ask for their supervisor they wont care to transfer by simply saying we dont have that facility.
Finally today they registered complaints after fighting with them and assured me it will be canceled within 3-4 days but I received mail saying 7 working days.
Its kind of mental torture of customer for sure.
Please don't even think of ordering from them.

Pathetic Service
Delayed delivery. Could not even cancel my product. Delivery guy marked undelivered without even contacting me. Had to cancel my flight for the stupid order and they dont even bother to update. Don’t order from here.
