Useful if you live in the US
The layout of the app is useful. It shows you months at a glance with low fares. But ONLY if you live is key places. I live in Panama (Central America) and every search is therefore individual. I never get the “at a glance” option. So if I want to check the day before, i have to enter a whole new search; the next day, whole new search. I have kept the app to plan travel for my kids living in the US but now with a fee for the app, (59$!!) it’s not useful. I will cancel and stick with Hopper or Skyscanner.

Hello, yes although we do cover more than 10,000 origins and destination pairs, we are mostly US focused at the moment for origin cities. There are certain non-US origins that we cover well, as major hubs, but not extensive non-US origins at present.
Unfair-ness
Was not aware I’d be charged a full year at once. When I requested to cancel after the first installment for a year and to be refunded the rep basically said “too bad”
Furthermore I grew up in a small town and they don’t even offer flights that actual airlines do. That’s the only reason I signed up but there’s zero recommendations or support. 100% waste of money

App doesn’t work and can’t unsubscribe
Downloaded it to test out for their free trial, couldn’t get it to work after multiple attempts. Then cancelled the subscription on my phone before trial ended but still ended up getting charged. After seeing the charge on my statement, I went to my subscription to try and cancel again and there’s no option for that. Avoid this app

Was a good app until switching to a paid only model.
Used to be a great app resource, and then they switched to a subscription model where you can literally do nothing without paying the monthly membership. Without being able to see actual prices or itineraries, I wouldn’t pay a dime. Deleted the app today.
Such a shame...
I have used this app to plan every single one of my vacations for the last 3 years. I tried to use it tonight to plan my next trip only to find out that you have to have a monthly subscription just to use it. It really is a shame because this was the perfect way to plan my getaways. But, tonight was the last night I ever use this app. It’s a sad day for me knowing that I can’t really use it anymore without having to pay a subscription fee.

We're sorry to hear that and hope you'll give it another try. The subscription is on a month to month basis and we typically save hundreds of dollars on any given trip. Frankly, if it's not saving you more than $8 you shouldn't use it. Thanks!
Poor service
Customer service is terrible and rude!
A little sad
Used to be able to enjoy this app on the regular without having to purchase. However, now you have to pay in order to see the deals. Guess I will go to google to look at my deals now.
Fareness is fair!
Wonderful app! I really appreciate having the flights and times available all in one location. As for the complaint of charging a fee. The avg. cost is about $5 a month. That is pretty fair. Please keep up the good work. I use the app. All the time.

Charges a Subscription just to view
I have used and booked through Fareness before and was pleased with the service: ease of use, fare research and booking/changing flights.
Now you can’t search without either signing up for a trial and a yearly subscription which is ridiculous. If you want to charge a subscription fee for booking flights through Fareness, that’s fine, but to search?
Deleted app and lost a customer.
