Logged out ALL the time
Very bad app. Daikin should revamp this app from scratch. Schedules are hard to manage.
We get logged out all the time although we set auto login.

Problems: Logged out all the time
We get logged out all the time although we set auto login. The interface is not user friendly especially the navigation. Seems there are 2 ways to reach your machine. Why?!

This app is so awful that it should be criminal. It doesn’t function at all half the time, and when it does, you have to login “out of home,” and send the control signals through Daikin’s cloud service because the app doesn’t function locally. The auto login function doesn’t work, making it even more frustrating. I have had to reinitialize the app multiple times per month for it to work at all. It silently fails. It fails loudly. It fails in every way possible.
The good news is that the Wi-Fi dongles that make Daikin units available on your network can be interacted with directly with a straightforward API. There are tools out there, including open source ones, that let you control your system reliably. But it’s not easy to set up and you have to be pretty technical. It’s a disgrace that Daikin thinks that this app offers an acceptable customer experience. Shame on you, Daikin.

Unable to operate device on wifi
Ever since you pushed out the update to version 2.0 and all subsequent updates have resulted in the inability to operate our devices whilst on wifi. The only way we can operate them using the app is by log into our of home, regardless if we’re at home or not.

Incroyable de payer 5000$ pour une thermopompe soit disant la meilleure au monde et fait par des japonais et même pas capable de faire une application qui fonctionne!!! Certains jouets pour enfants à moins de 10$ ont des applications bien mieux que celle-ci! J’aurais dû acheter une chinoise !!
Class action lawsuit
This app and controller are a class action lawsuit in the making. It simply does nothing. I cannot login in home or out of home. I keep getting an error message that says my ID and password is incorrect. I changed ID and password several times to no avail. The setup was horrendous too. By far the worst app I’ve had on my phone. I deleted it and used Mysa thermostats instead.

Continues to work just fine
I see many reviews that say nasty things about different stuff, I normally think that they want the moon! This app works fairly well. I wish I could be a little easier, but honestly it does the job. After 4 years of working I really don’t have anything bad to say about it.

This is a truly terrible junk app. We have been complaining for three years and still no fix so the 4 wifi units we bought were a complete waste of money. This is verging on fraud.
