Can’t recover photos
I had this photo storage when it was affiliated with Sprint, I stored ALL my photos & videos on this site as a backup. It was maybe 4 years worth of pictures. One day they announced that they were no longer going to offer through sprint, they will send the link to email to get our photos & that’s it. Well, the link never worked for me to download my pictures & every time I tried to contact their customer service I got a runaround & no one knew anything. Good way to back up photos so can delete from phone
But there is one issue which make four instead of five stars. If you accidentally (or deliberately but change mind) delete a photo from Asurion Photos, which sometimes happens if I delete wrong one, there is no way to get it back in Asurion Photos.
There should be a way to force reupload of photos to Asurion from iPhone. Otherwise it’s a good app. I have four times my phone’s storage in photos, in Asurion photos. I delete off my phone and keep there.
Another wish would be for photos to delete off the phone but stay in their folder on Asurion. The photos stay on the backup but I lose their being in that folder unless I go in and try to find by date and force a cloud folder which is a pain to do instead of just keeping the folder name I had before I deleted it off my phone to make room.Show lessDancecatt
Email address issues
Be for warned if you don’t have access to the email you signed up with it’s almost impossible to get your photos back. I have been trying to get access to my photos since January 29th and I have not received an answer from anyone from support of this application. I have no idea how I will get my pictures back especially those that can never be replaced!!!! Other than that I had no problem with the app.Show lessNew to smurfs

If this Newly Added feature thats Listed as 𝑺𝑫𝑲 𝑷𝑯𝑶𝑻𝑶 𝑬𝑫𝑰𝑻𝑶𝑹 is straight trash. It watermarks my photos and videos to where i would never in my life use this app to edit ever again.
* Not jusr any photo or image but ALL. WHY IS THERE NO OFF BUTTON AND WHY WOULD YOU WATEMARK MY PERSONAL PHOTOS.
• 24/7 Tech was not as helpful as hoped. They said juzr leave feedback and its a sure fire way tp converse with that team working the app.
• Feedback turned it off all was rignt with the world w/o even a comtact from the squad there

- Coming from somebody who rarely writes reviews —— So one day I get a notification on Google Photos telling me unlimited free storage is going away. Great. Now where do I store my photos? Scrolling down the recommended cloud storage options I find: [Asurion Photos - FREE UNLIMITED STORAGE] I download the app, hoping to store these photos for FREE, but does free mean forever? Seems legit uploading photos here. So, I upload my photos to this app while recommending it to my friends at the time; I even helped my mom upload photos. Oh no —————-> SIKE 😂👌💯💯 fReE uPlOaD sToRaGe gOiNg aWay - PLEASE PAY SOME DOLLARS TO KEEP PHOTOS EVERY MONTH That was annoying to hear. Doing all that work just to switch to a different app? This can’t be real. So I just tried storing photos on my phone… My mom wasn’t so lucky; she had thousands of photos glued to this app. Looking at her phone today I see EVERY PHOTO GONE. This app is very slow. I would not recommend using this app if you have a lot of photos and videos. When opening the app, the photos and videos do not load. You scroll and its only blank boxes where the photos and videos should be and you have to wait for each and every photo to load. I never had this issue with Google Photos or any other photo backup app.
When I first got this app, it offered unlimitied photos which is what pulled me in. Then early 2023, they said unlimited photos were going away and said you could either download an archive of all your photos or purchase a monthly plan of $27 a month to keep the unlimited photos. Very unreliable and pricy for unlimited photos when other, big name apps, offer way cheaper alternatives. I regret using this app and would recommend anyone interested in downloading this app to stay away and use a more reputable service. I never used their other services but I can imagine all their products are slow and unreliable. Stay away.Show lessash_pa

Soooo… I just got a notification stating to download all my pics by March 1st or l’ll lose them because this app will no longer provide unlimited storage. I’m livid. What a disappointment! This app was pushed on me from Sprint (after their free storage was going away) and after finally deciding to use it AND RELY on it, it’s no longer being offered. I’m sick of these apps causing distress. These are pictures and memories at risk. I used this app instead of Apple’s confusing and unreliable iCloud. So, all my photos are on this app. To transfer photos by March is going to be almost impossible. I hate these apps!Show lessMonaLesa54

Sprint Storage made me change to app and since it had unlimited data storage I was ok with it. Now it’s changing its policy to 5 GB storage? I wonder why? This is upsetting! Making me look for another app or something else before March so I don’t lose my data.Dr.Jay2010
Not great
My Asurion home+ that should give me unlimited backup will not recognize my account so I’m stuck at 5GB free account. I emailed Asurion last week and zero response.
The app takes over 10 seconds to open on my iPhone 14 pro. Not sure about you but if any app takes longer than a second to open up, something is wrong.Show lessKevin Ha
