Use a different app/company.
Terrible app all around. Lags constantly, taking at least 10 seconds to respond to every button press. Often logs you out randomly as you are trying to input tractor and trailer information or change duty status. Randomly adds driving time and takes over 24 hours to correct, as you are not able to manually change from driving status once the app inputs you as driving even though the truck is off. It also resets your hours to 0 saying you have the full amount of on duty status, even though in Canada South you still need to track your 120 hours in 14 days no matter what days you have off. Surprised more people aren’t getting ticketed because of how poorly this app tracks HOS giving false information.Show lessKyle Dibs

I used to really enjoy Samasra, but recently it has become quite frustrating to use. The app now experiences significant lag, which affects its overall performance and usability. I operate from Canada, and the issues seem to be persistent regardless of my location.
