Very poor service

Customer service is polite but incompetent . the over all service is horrible. I downloaded this app from the adverts I watched about them but I was very disappointed. I sent money to my friend and it is still processing, it’s 5 days already. I have called and chatted with customer service but no progress made, I changed recipient thinking it would make it faster but it is worst now. I am uninterested in using this app after this experience. LemFi is faster and very reliable. The user interface of this app is not as straightforward as LemFi, I’m filled with regret as the person I sent the money to needs it urgently.

Suspect, slow and STILL NO MONEY AFTER A WEEK

So despite their advertised speed, I had to wait two days before they emailed me saying they need bank statements and transaction statements to clear the transaction. First of all, that should run through the app and not some shady and suspect emails. Second, when they finally verified me, they be previous transaction I’ve been waiting for seemed be forgotten about. What the heck is this anyway?

Best app for transfers

Absolutely amazing, not had one issue like I have with MoneyGram and WesternUnion and others. This one is easy to set up quick and simple sending and it’s cleared within minutes absolutely outstanding. Wish I’d find this sooner.

Don’t recommend

At the end money wasn’t transferred as they keep asking for more documents- proof of id, proof of address , and ect. Was waste of my time

Refund

I made a transfer to someone and unfortunately, the transfer didn’t go through as there was an error with the receiver’s details. I got in touch with TransferGo customer care and I got prompt response with the promise that my money is safe and that within 2 days I will get a refund.
I got my cash refunded within the 2 days with no stress. Thank you.

Highly recommended transfer go

Great App highly recommendable, at first I was scared though putting my card details coz I trust Lemfi for international transfer but their rate is very low lately. So I tried Transfer Go and it works well no issues and before I used them I see they are regulated by HMRC which gives me confidence my fund is safe. U guys though need to work on faster transfer in lesser time and have a dashboard display the exchange rate to buy or sell. # 5 star rating from me
