False Positive Result = ruined Hawaii trip
COVID test from this lab was a false positive, which despite vaccination, and tests before and after proving otherwise, forced me to quarantine until they admitted it was an instrumentation error 4 days later, derailing my trip to Maui. Incompetent and negligent, for staters. Not even a decent explanation or apology after the fact. Avoid.Show lessRowdyUK
Use website to register
Based on the other reviews I didn’t even try to register through the app. I registered on the website instead and that worked. Then I was able to log in to the app. Although I don’t see the point of the app since the website does the same thing without any registration issues.Alpal17
