Used to be great, but now it's meaningless
For many months the app and website has been down and I prefer to pay through their app instead of Just Eat. The main website or app was more affordable but because of the price difference on just eat I've gone off completely & don't order from them these days which is a shame because I enjoyed their food quality.

Rude. Terrible service.
My order was not right. I ordered Diet Coke and got regular Coke, ordered chicken strips and got wings... Barely anything was right. I tried to be nice, but I called the restaurant to ask about the error, the phone operator was rude and short with me, and when the driver eventually arrived back with my Diet Coke (I didn't complain about the meal mix up because they were short enough with me) he asked for the regular Coke back in exchange, without saying please, or sorry, or anything! Rude. Will try a different takeaway next time.Show lessUksr123
