Ordering Delivery Issue
While I do use this app quite a bit as it is one of mine and my kids favorites places to eat breakfast, there is a glaring issue when ordering delivery that has happened to me every single time I try to get my order delivered. It will almost ALWAYS automatically check out as in-store pickup. I’ve only have had one instance where it fully checked out as delivery despite me making 100% sure it was selected for delivery every time. It’s not like you can even edit the order after paying, it reduces the order price but will almost never be a delivery order. It’s pretty annoying as this means instead of just waiting for it to get delivered at home, the kids will now have to get ready, loaded into the car, just to pick up the food.Show lessWhy Download?!?!
Why Download When Your Local Store 9 out of 10 Times Has Online Ordering TURNED OFF!! Have to travel if you want to use your pan points, since store says they can’t redeem them in store, has to be done online. So pan points expire, making it useless to use their rewards program. I understand stores get busy, but either offer online ordering or don’t!! Stores should not have the choice when they will accept online orders and when they won’t. Online orders in most customers eyes are the same as physically being in the restaurant. I still tip, but they just don’t seem to care about customer service anymore!Show lessMeh
Doesn’t support apple pay, doesn’t support copy paste of credit card info, which means you have to type it manually. If you want to save your card, that’s fine, but I don’t like online companies retaining my card info for security reasons. The interface on an iPad doesn’t appear to support the proper dimensions — menu items are cropped, you can’t see labels without a lot of finger scrolling. Placing an order for pickup then sends a link via text which, when you click on reopens the app and asks permission to connect to safari, and then provides instructions saying, basically, “call when you arrive”. So, the app then requires 1) web access, 2) text (or email), and 3) a phone call. Much room for app improvement!Show less
