App Update Is Terrible!!!
I was someone who used to enjoy going to Fridays at the end of the work week at least 3x a month, so much I reached VIP status. Between the terrible updates to the app, the terrible service I have been receiving in-store, and the quality of the food deteriorating I’m honestly just waiting until I can redeem whatever points I have left & I’ll find somewhere else to wind down my work week.
