Très bien mais…

L’application est super. Ce serait bien si on pouvait ajouter des entraînements antérieurs . Voir aussi sur un corps les muscles travailler, pouvoir ajouter des aliments et des exercices

En ce qui concerne les muscles travaillés, ils sont représentés en rouge sur l’animation pour chaque exercice, afin de vous offrir une visualisation claire. Pour les nouveaux exercices, nous travaillons constamment à élargir la liste des exercices disponibles dans l’application. En général, nous ajoutons une grande quantité de nouveaux exercices une à deux fois par an. Si vous avez des suggestions spécifiques, n’hésitez pas à les transmettre à notre équipe d’assistance, et nous les examinerons avec la plus grande attention. Enfin, si vous avez d’autres idées pour améliorer l’application, veuillez également les partager avec notre support technique via l’application. Amazing and convenient

You can look up any workout at anytime and learn it with a little video it shows, you can learn things about sports supplements and more. No free trial to access the app like others and just all and all, a great app for the gym and anyone!

Hello! There is a 14-day free trial period. During this time, you can use all of the features of the app. The first 3 days of every program are also free. Best workout app out

I tried a couple different apps before this one. I used the free version at first and loved all the different workout types. I liked that they have options for workouts at home with and without weights plus gym workouts with machines. I upgraded to the paid version instantly once my trial was up I gained 5 pounds in a week which was awesome progress for someone bulking!

The only thing I would add is being able to edit pre made workouts. Like being able to add your own arms workout if those machines aren’t available at the gym. Or adding abs or cardio at the end of a workout that doesn’t have one.

Other than that the app is great and I do recommend it to everyone.

Currently, it is not possible to make changes in pre-made workout plans, as such workouts are not editable. However, you can always create your own workout program and tailor it to your needs. Best, most legit fitness app ever

I have tried many different fitness apps. None of them have come close to this one. It has made my gym experience so much better. I used to dread having to figure out what workouts to do but this app has freed me of my troubles. It’s nearly like having a personal trainer on your phone. I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a fitness app. Gladly upgraded to the subscription after the 3 workouts

Suggestion: Please allow users to select workouts for specific days i.e. leg workouts on Sunday, upper body on Tuesday, etc. Also would be nice if workouts were customizable in case you don’t have time for the full workout.

With regards to the custom schedule, you can set it by finding the "workout schedule" button above the calendar -> tapping on "More" near it -> turning off "automatic workout positioning" and adjusting your workout schedule according to your needs. Ready-made workout programs, unfortunately, cannot be edited. However, you can always create your own workout program, which can be edited at any time, even during an active session. We are always open to feedback! We'd highly appreciate if you contact our support team with suggestions on how we could improve our app! We wish you to hit all your body goals with our workouts!

Watch app buggy

When it works it’s excellent. However, half the time I have issues with the watch version, it’s either unresponsive, messes up the schedule or doesn’t synchronise.
Most common issue is when I also start Strava and/or other apps to run in the background. The app becomes unresponsive, I need to force stop it and then it seems fine. However if FitnessOnline is the latest app that I start I don’t have those issues. It’s a workaround that I shouldn’t have to think about every day.
Another issue is not showing the correct schedule. For instance if I complete a daily schedule on my watch, I often find that the next day the same schedule is the one I have to do and I cannot skip to the next one. Force restarting the app doesn’t fix it. However, if I use the phone version instead the correct schedule can be started. I don’t always have the phone on me, so it’s not ideal. The watch version should run independently, at least that’s how it’s advertised.
I’m due for a renewal in a couple of months, but I’m not sure if I should renew it as it currently stands.

Навіщо ви пишете що в цьому застосунку є українська мова , якщо по факту ви на українську мову робите російську !!!!!
Це жахливо

Краще послуговуватись англійської, але поваги ви не отримаєте. Одна зірка. І то - це забагато !!!!

Вітаю! На даний момент у додатку представлено 17 мов - англійська, російська, німецька, нідерландська, французька, італійська, іспанська, португальська, польська, турецька, арабська, китайська (спрощена), японська, корейська, тайська, в'єтнамська, індонезійська. Переключити мову програми можна в налаштуваннях Вашого iPhone: Налаштування -> FitnessOnline -> Мова. Але ми плануємо в майбутньому додати українську мову також і вже активно над цим працюємо. Ми обов'язково станемо кращими! Дякую за зворотний зв'язок та хороших Вам тренувань!

Lack of flexibility

I’ve been using this app for almost 1.5 years now. Pre-build workouts are not flexible at all. You cannot change order of exercises, you cannot disconnect supersets (even though a lot of them are not feasible for a public gym because you cannot just occupy two machines), replacement options are very very limited. Also, this cool down period after workout is just annoying. Eventually it becomes just a boring monotonous routine.

I switched to Fitbod app, it’s way better!

Almost perfect!

Great app for inexperienced people like me! I make lots of research on how to do workouts and truly need a real guide and not do like lots of other people working at the gym like playing in a playground trying all kinds of equipment doing strange reps and then switching to another exercise that don’t make sense in the same workout! The only reason I put 4 stars is I started off as a beginner cause I did some weight when I was 16, but became a truck driver long haul for the next 24 years after my teenage years…..I have to say that the beginner’s premade workouts was already hard to do specifically the last exercise before the stretches part! When having a full time sedentary life and doing side legs planks as a beginner, I felt like I’m 80 years old so I switched to no experience levels and it’s great now! I believe that even if we did experiment exercises long time ago, the app should automatically suggest the no experience level even though it looks easy, I believe it’s important to redevelop the baby steps in order to be able to perform the beginner at a 100% and not 85 to 93%…..I also disregard the 3 times a week and do it every day (5 times a week instead) in order to advance quicker to try the other workouts on same level until I move to beginner and so on…..other than that, I’m also having a hard time finding the right equipment for the suggested exercises…..sometimes it’s not the exact same angle movement ….example: leg press….some gym do have the vertical 45 degree but some only have the horizontal and can’t figure out the right amount of weight and when doing the suggested weight, it was too easy so i assumed it’s more difficult pushing upwards then horizontal

To do this, tap on the button with the 2 arrows in the upper right corner (exercise window). The Smart Weight Selection feature based on your workout diary is currently under development. Wonderful but sexist

This app is the best in terms of workout design. I subscribed after less than a week and I have no other subscriptions in my life.

The workout videos are sexualized but only for the women. The woman is in a thong and her breasts get bigger when she breathes in. Her breasts bounce while she does the workout. The one sided specialization is really gross. Also, there are minors in the “feed” posting sexualized pictures and dozens of adult men “liking” their posts. I’m concerned about predators using this app to contact minors.

The only thing that matters is the movement and the technique. We do everything to protect our users and do not allow inappropriate content that could offend minors. Moreover, you can send us a request to block a profile forever (to do this, go to the profile you wish to block, tap on the upper right corner and tap on "Abuse").
